When my mom and I walked in we were greeted by Megan. Megan is amazing she helped me with transferring my iPhone to the iPhone 17, she was patient, funny, knowledgeable. This will be a very brief review because it was a very brief visit. I walked in with a problem on my Apple phone to a store thatI have never been to, just happened to be at the Falls. I was having an issue with my battery charge and wanted to ask a question at the genius desk. However, the line was so long and it would've taken forever so I was about to leave when one of the Sales ASSOCIATES asked me if she could help me. I told her why I had come in and she asked if she could borrow my phone and with a couple of quick things that she showed me remedy the problem in under a minute. Recently bought a new up grade phone for our son. They were very knowledgeable. He knows everything about cells and enjoyed a lively conversation with the young lady. He had. a massive amount of stuff on his phone which made the time longer. (He grabbed us a great coffee down the way while we waited!) I was surprised how much he was credited for his trade-in. I love this Apple Store. It's a good size, it's super nice and it's never super super busy like other Apple Stores. You can get help pretty quick, even at the Genius Bar. I went last weekend to take advantage of the tax free back up school offer because I needed a new computer and as soon as I walked in they had Stephanie help me. Stephanie was awesome. She answered all my questions and helped me pick out the right computer. She did such a good job we even convinced my friend to buy a new computer too. They did mention they don't work on commission so it's even more impressive that they offer such good customer service. read more

This will be my last apple purchase because of this store. I bought iPhone 16 paid In full no financing when I got home I notice there was no charger; my last iPhone came with one. I called the store they said absolutely I was supposed to get one and I'd have to drive back (25 min) to get one. What a great experience! I had not been here since before the pandemic. I had ordered a new Apple Watch 8 online 2 weeks ago and it still had not shipped. It showed I could buy one today at the Apple Stores at the Falls. Canceled the online order and placed a new "for pick up today" order on the website. Drove the hour plus to Miami and arrived early at the Apple store. It was not really busy. Not sure why since this was new product launch weekend. I was greeted by employees who checked for my name on the list, directed me to another table and within a minute, my new Apple Watch was brought out from the back. The geniuses failed to deliver. I took my Iphone14 for service and was told they will have to erase my data but that it would be recovered using my iPad. Phone was ready 2 hours late, the man charged me and then proceeded to tell me they erased all my data and then couldn't recover anything because it was a Verizon account ???. They left me with no way to restore my ability to recover the data. The man charged me for my service and call the next person in line. I am still w/o my phone and now Verizon will step up and try to help. Do not go here, or better yet, get a Samsung device, you will save a lot of headaches. read more

Before going to the falls location i went to DADELAND which was a terrible mistake and lost of time and energy (i literally waited 1hr for none to help me "having an appointment") i asked to set up an appointment at the falls location and they actually made wrong the set up. Manager Sergio was super nice and helpful he understood my needs and helped me right away! I actually waited for like 10-15min and they help me as soon as possible, xavier was very nice too. They fixed my phone within hours which was my major concern because im 26 weeks pregnant and i need to rely on a phone. Thank you so much the falls location and all theirs genies! Terrible customer service. The person helping with my return was extremely rude. I'm surprised he's in the customer service business.

I never have a problem with the service or products from this Apple Store. The staff is friendly service is quick, they are always well stocked. And when you do have a problem a senior staff member becomes available to help you. The staff is trained well enough to recognize issues & handle them right away for you. It is the only store I shop. My only complaint with all of the Apple stores is with their in house classes. The ambient noise is so loud & an annoying that it makes it close to impossible to hear the instructions. There are so many classes I want to take but I can't get enough out of them because I can't hear the instructions clearly. Thus a lot of my Apple applications are under utilized. read more

Went to the falls to take my I phone 12 pro for defective power bottom and got no help by the manager. Been having Apple phones for years never had a problem with customer service ever. You gotta love the Apple Store, they have everything and anything, and the customer service they have is amazing, I really love it. I got my appointment and the waiting time wasn't even 10 minutes. Then my genius representative helped me with my phone which it was having tons of issues and wasn't even a year old. He ran the scan and all that and found out that I needed another phone, so he quickly went to get me a replacement and I was all set. I got kinda scared because he handed me a bill of more than $300, but he told me it was zero for replacement, so that made me happy. The only issue that I have with the Apple stores is that every time I've been to one they smell like a gym, all sweaty , they really need to invest on more deodorant or cleaning products, or something. read more

I come here in efforts to try to avoid crowds and sometimes it proves to be worth the extra commuting time for the quick and easy way to service your phone or seek immediate resolutions to pertinent Apple issues. Sometimes it's our phone and other times it can be our laptop but there's only so much you can do over the phone and uncomplicated visits to the store to resolve these matters often goes best at this location. I enjoy the setup of the store because it's outdoor entrance is always a great greeting to entering a pleasant experience. The employees are heroes and can fix virtually any issue you're encountering which calms me in the moments when my phone is driving me bonkers. If a new phone just came out, prepare yourself for an annoying time but that's at every location so it's not a surprise. read more

Dear Apple Store of the Falls, I always stop in here, just to see the madness, because there is never a dull moment! From pre-teeny-boppers, to college-hipsters, to the Baby Boomers, there is such a mix of people that it is incredible that one brand can unite so many different generations. The personnel at your store are very friendly and helpful for the most part, but I find that I am always having to hunt them down just to get help in the first place. I know that this is a very busy location, so I am sure it's hard to stay on top of all the people coming in and out of your store, but there should be an effort to greet those that come in. There is also a large # of teenagers that just hang out in this store, and I'm sure that's not uncommon for you, but it does deter from the serious shopper. Most recently I was here to purchase an iPad for my company's holiday party, and my fiance picked up some accessories for his as well. The lady that assisted us, whose name escapes me, was AWESOME. She was super friendly, knew her products and litterally had us in and out of the store (paid with receipt), with an iPad2, an HDMI cable, and an Apple TV, within 10 minutes total. Apple store Genius Bar.... they might try to help as much as possible but when you take cracked phones..... they might not be able to return th same one to you. Yes, Apple is known for their quality product, but in several instances taken a cracked phone.... phone info is lost. They stress you use the cloud to store all info. I walked in to The Falls shopping center Apple Store just to scope it out, as I've never been in an apple store. I walked out 30 minutes later with an upgrade of my iPhone 3 GS to a new iPhone 4s. The store is a very chic minimalist design, with standing height tables on a grey stone floor everywhere covered with demo Apple devices, and counters along the wall, too. Lots and lots of friendly and helpful staff wearing red shirts. I had thought that there would be problems about getting a new ATT 2 year plan, etc., but no problemo. The last time I bought a phone from other than my service provider, it was a real nuisance. Everything was smooth as silk at the Apple Store. I'm going to go back to buy an iPad. read more

I actually prefer this Apple Store over Lincoln Rd's Apple Store. Why? Cause it's bigger, has more stuff on display, and doesn't seem as hectic as Lincoln Rd's location. I've been here a few times to get my macbook serviced at the Genius Bar, be FOREWARNED: Book an appt. through Apple.com to get a service time or otherwise it'll take you hours to be seen on notice. The "geniuses" handling computer issues have been nice, courteous, and informative about my troubleshooting questions. One time, I brought my mac to get serviced and I was a DAY EXPIRED from my original warranty. The genius guy was nice enough to override that and get my laptop fixed for free (versus paying over $200 to get it fixed). Brilliant! The apple sales clerks have been, on the whole, informative, friendly and non-aggressive (apparently, they don't make sales commissions). In fact, one sales girl was so nice about telling me how I could save 10% on a new iPod if I traded my old one in for Apple's recycling program. When I went in to buy my new one, I ended up tracking her down to thank her, I saved over $20! Whoo! I like that. An overall positive experience at this place. Thumbs up Apple! read more

Five Stars for not being overcrowded and from my past experiences have never had an issue with being seen to. I had a problem with ITunes and went to the store for a solution. A guy (I will withhold his name) assisted me and upon me telling him my issue with ITunes and him tying to find a solution then said to me and I quote this verbatim "And you're sure you want to have ITunes." I was flabbergasted and looked at him as if he had just kicked my puppy. I told him YES, OF COURSE!!!!!! I was then weary about him assisting me as I did not want someone whose solution to the issue was to give me an option of deleting ITunes - I was thinking is this guy for real. Within 12 - 15 minutes - there were Three people who knew the issue and did not know what to do. They talked amongst themselves and tried different ways of fixing the problem. The problem still could not be figured out and so I was taken to another person and the guy who originally helped me then explained my Itunes issue to him and I was asked for my telephone number and then told Apple Customer Service would contact me and they did within seconds of him telling me this. The Customer Service lady Deborah was thorough and really really nice and she kept going though different scenarios. I was on the phone for 42 minutes when I thought of something and since I was now on hold while Deborah spoke with a colleague I had the opportunity to work it out and thankfully it did work out and ITunes was now accessible with my music. Now, I am no computer genius and I have basic knowledge when it comes to Iphones. If I could figure it out then surely someone with a lot more experience could of seen it staring them in the face? I waited for Deborah and told her I figured it out and gave her a lot of thanks as she had been so marvelous. I went up to the original guy who helped me and I told him what I had come up with and that I now had my ITunes up and running. I left the store still thinking about the ridiculous option to delete ITunes. read more

After experiencing some issues with my 6S, I ended up at this location for assistance. The Dadeland store is closer to my house, but getting an appointment at the "Genius" bar there is simply impossible. For ease of making an appointment, this location earns a star. After discussing the issue with someone, the proposed resolution was wiping the phone. I was less than pleased with this, but had no choice. Unfortunately, this did not resolve the problem and I needed to return. The person I had dealt with told me if the problem persisted I could return to see him without an appointment. Not quite... when I tried returning a week later to readdress the issue, I was turned away and told to make an appointment or wait an hour & a half. Star deducted for lack of resolution on my first attempt and being misinformed about returning. Another week later I returned AGAIN, with another appointment. Finally they agreed to replace the phone. I was displeased with the hoops that needed to be jumped through to get the phone replaced, but I understand that is an Apple policy and not the fault of the store. That being said, overall everyone at the store seemed knowledgeable and polite, with the exception that I was told I could return without another appointment. Parking is convenient and the location is nice. If you do decide to stop in without an appointment and have time to wait, there is lots of nice shopping and dining options at this mall, and this location is a great alternative to the Dadeland madhouse. read more

They make everything so hard. A simply in store exchange can't be done. They try to automate everything but they simply can't. It is a mess. Their supply chain sucks and is worthless. Apple used to be top of the top. Now is just trash that lives up to his name. First they took 1 month to finally received my mac, then the airpods they sell me comes with issues with the lid and it is imposible to get with them on the phone or by text messages or by smoke signal or whatever type of communication.
