Emma assured us this store did as the last two UPS & Fedex stores I called in Corning did not have the supplies. We came in on Saturday afternoon and Emma said it would be ready by 3pm. We had lunch walked around a bit and by 2:30pm it was ready. Thank you Emma as our frustration with the two previously mention shipping locations in Corning was disappointing. Emma is a great employee and the utmost professional.

Very bad operating procedures. My package was delivered to the wrong address; after reporting this to Prism I was told I have 60 days to file a claim. I have called multiple times & been told it takes time to process a claim, also that I can do it myself. Turns out I could not do it myself but had to have FedEx do it as it was an international shipment. Still, I was only on the phone with FedEx for 3 minutes & they had the claim filed. Prism could have handled this but does not care enough about their clientes to do customer service.

I told him if I was doubled charged I would be calling him he assured I wasn't but I was double charged!! Now a month later after calling the store 4 times they said their boss the owner can't find a double charge but it's clearly on my online statement and no refund issued.. one of the lady's working there says he does this all the time!! Is this a scam the owner is running to get a few extra$$ and most people probably would never notice. If you have been to this ups store check your statement!! I am now working with the credit card company to get the second charge reversed.. do not go here!!
