Think twice before entrusting your items with this office. If the office is busy they don't complete any transactions before starting a new one, the package/envelope is set aside without being sealed or addressed while you are in line. Very bad operating procedures. My package was delivered to the wrong address; after reporting this to Prism I was told I have 60 days to file a claim. I have called multiple times & been told it takes time to process a claim, also that I can do it myself. Turns out I could not do it myself but had to have FedEx do it as it was an international shipment. Still, I was only on the phone with FedEx for 3 minutes & they had the claim filed. Prism could have handled this but does not care enough about their clientes to do customer service. read more

The owner is a complete buffoon!! I was doubled charged he couldn't run 1 register then switched over to another after charging my card on the first register and charged my card a second time. I told him if I was doubled charged I would be calling him he assured I wasn't but I was double charged!! Now a month later after calling the store 4 times they said their boss the owner can't find a double charge but it's clearly on my online statement and no refund issued.. one of the lady's working there says he does this all the time!! Is this a scam the owner is running to get a few extra$$ and most people probably would never notice. If you have been to this ups store check your statement!! I am now working with the credit card company to get the second charge reversed.. do not go here!! read more

I came to this UPS store today to get some printing done as my kids are doing distance learning. We are from California and are just visiting and we needed to print out some documents for the kids (assignments). The young lady who assisted me was GREAT! I had many attachments in different emails to print (103 pages). She did her absolute best in getting all the printouts correctly, which she did. Rick, I assume the owner was there to assist her when we ran into printing & computer problems. He was quick to respond to the issue, and came up with a few alternative ways to get the job done. Took some trial and error and different computers/printers to get me on my way. 4 out of 5 stars because; 1. Wait time longer than expected 2. Many printing issues (very manual process) 3. Price; copy/printing price was reasonable. 4. $27/hr use fee for computer time to print attachments that you send them via email. Not sure if it's prorated or I was actually there for a full hour. It could be charged by just them utilizing the computer. I didn't see any prices posted about computer usage or I could have missed it... read more

For a small location, they get a lot of business. The team of 4 seem to run the place smoothly. They greet the regulars by name.

I love this place -- fast, efficient, friendly. but I am sad to say I will not be returning until the staff puts masks back on. A plexiglass shield doesn't not protect you or me from a virus that the CDC has confirmed is spread via aerosol -- that means it moves like like cigarette smoke. Do you think if you were smoking on your side of that shield all day I wouldn't be inhaling it when I come in? read more
