Lines are generally always very long here. This is a very busy store and you'll definitely wait for a while for someone to take your package. They really desperately need more hands on deck 8:30 in the morning there are five people in line and one person working. I will say the staff yard, generally friendly. I've only had a one off when returning something here where the cashier was rude overall their helpful and kind. read more

I went into the store today, Halloween 2023, and one of your employees told me that you're a franchise not UPS, and you do whatever you want. She proceeded to say "we don't waive fees because you're upset". This was after I showed her my phone, and that it said that I could use a code for them to scan in order to print the label. Yet every time I click the link from UPS, it took me in a loop to email it to myself. I was very frustrated with the website, and asking for help. But it was more important for them to save your business. Two dollars then to provide good customer service in that moment and honestly at that point it was principle that I wasn't going to spend a single dime in there. After being treated that way, I just wanted to leave. I wasn't asking her to waive a fee because I was upset, I was asking him to help me try to figure out how to get the code so that they can scan it. They walked off multiple times, she didn't actually try to help me at all. She told me to call the customer service number like she wasn't standing there right in front of me. That was quite possibly the worst customer service I've ever gotten at a UPS location. Usually when I walk in this place, people are kind and helpful, but this lady did not want to help me. read more

DONT BOTHER!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I went to this UPS store close the my house to make some copies of old photos for a gift. 2 of the employees didn't know how to make copies & the only associate that can was helping the only other customer in the store. Had to return to this UPS store as delivery driver tried to deliver my package to the wrong apartment, not this stores problem at all. However just like my previous review as soon as I walk in I am greeted with a women wearing a mask that was clearly too small for her face and her nose sticking out. I know on one wants to wear a mask but if your going wear it, wear it correctly or just take it off because both ways the mask is doing nothing. Disappointed to see this again when going in to get a package. read more

She was kind of rude to me as she snatched my parcel right out of my hand and told me, "okay you're all set." i asked her a question about tracking and she seemed very, very annoyed as she have me the answer. UPS has now shifted their envelope packaging items behind the counter so they are not accessible to customers. This setup requires that you pay a fee to have the clerk "package" the mailing for you. There is no choice. We used to do this ourselves for free. Always prepackage before going to the store. Don't plan on using one of their envelopes for free anymore or you will pay a fee like you would if you used one of their boxes to package. Or do like I do now. Use the US Postal Service. read more

My visit to the store yesterday was amazing. I realize that may seem over the top for a UPS store but the personal at this depot were going out of their way to make everyone's experience a good one. I had documents that required a notary, I needed those same documents faxed and then shipped. So easy a child could have done it with the help they provided. This is definitely a place that works hard for its customers, and has the right personal in the office to assist your every need. read more

I stopped at the UPS store today (04-12-17(to have an ATT modem sent back. The young lady noticed that my account number was wrong and she corrected it within a short period of time.
