This service was above and beyond. I had to return some items and it could not have been easier. The sales associate was so knowledgeable and helped explain how the transactions and returns worked. Watch them pack your stuff!!! On 3/7/22, I shipped a lot of items along with several fragile items through this store. I told them that there were silk flowers and breakable glassware. She said that they would pack them in a 20x20x20 box and they would be protected with packing. I foolishly left the store and trusted them! I received the box and my stuff was obviously thrown in the box with no care in the world. Everything was loose and there wasn't one piece of packing paper or any other cushioning at all. What did I pay for? I've called the store but the manager hasn't called back yet. What a joke of a customer service lady! read more

Had a brief but great experience here! We were in town for a vacation, but I needed to have a very important package shipped to me, and fast. We thought of sending it from one UPS to another one because we didn't know if we could trust receiving it where we were staying. It arrived about 3 hours early, and when I arrived, the man behind the desk said, "We didn't know who this was meant to because we knew we didn't have a Stacie that worked here! I decided to hold on to it before sending it back." I was SO thankful. I guess there's usually a system when you send from one UPS to another but my package wasn't done that way for some reason. Lucky for me, he didn't send it back, because it was an extremely important package that also cost a lot of money!! I would have been devastated. Thank you so much!! read more

Worst store ever!!! In my life. Printer was low on toner, they said it is what it is. I asked for the other print, they said if it works, it did work the lady was so lazy she didn't want to walk to the printer. It printer out and had store email address header and footer, I asked for them to print without it as it's a simple command on printer setting, she said she could not. I asked for them to cut it off, she handed me scissors. Worst experience ever, I assume the other reviews are fake on here. Awful customer experience and service. Terrible. read more

Kayla at the Formosa Gardens location is better than all of the UPS customer service employees I've ever had to speak to combined. She's professional, efficient and accommodating. She was beyond helpful with a frustrating situation I encountered recently and although I don't know if this statement will ever get to her, I felt compelled to give this location a 5 star review just so others could benefit from the knowledge that this location is worth a visit if you need to send something out because they will ensure you're taken care of. read more

We were visiting family in the area over the Christmas holidays we needed to pack and ship a framed watercolor that had extreme sentimental value to me. Kayla assured me it would packed safely and arrive in good condition. She reported that they do this all the time and not to worry. She was correct! Worst place. Staff is rude and doesn't greet you when you come in. I paid almost three dollars for them to print a black and white piece of paper that had the barcode to send it via UPS. Way I've spruced for their services and lack of customer service. Won't ever be going back here. read more

Extremely upset with this particular UPS store, very abusive language and attitude. Here is the story: my cousin was visiting with her parents in Kissimmee and was supposed to get a few packages by USPS (US Postal service), I called this UPS store in advance and was advised that I can mail USPS packages there and then my cousin would be able to pick them up at the store for a fee. So I mailed like 3 packages to that store and after they were delivered Store manage Amber demanded my cousin to get a PO box (at the store) for $45 which she refused to do (apparently they came up with some sort of law, which they did break a few times prior to that), so he held on the packages and we were forced to asked her to mail them back and reship it. Perhaps it's not a store fault, but rather stubborn manager, as she had received USPS packages before at this store. Huge waste of time and money, very upset, will use another store next time or other company. read more
