I've been here a few times for mailing and the employees are very helpful and efficient. I haven't had any issues. Today I went for a passport photo and to mail out a passport renewal. Everything was done within 5 minutes. The staff was super friendly. Since there are only two stations open at a time, you might experience a bit of a wait, but I still feel like it's about the same wait you'd experience at a post office. read more

Wish I could provide a negative zero!! I came into this establishment for a scheduled appointment on May 26, 2024, at 11:20am. I arrived and was instructed to go to the fingerprint terminal. While I was waiting at the terminal the customer service agent took another customer that walked in after me and informed me that he would have to finish all mail customers before he could assist me. I am visiting the area from another state so I walked out the store to confirm if my driver would wait for me. Once my transportation was confirmed and I returned to the store the agent then told me that he could not help me and I would have to reschedule since I was now considered late, and he couldn't log me in the system if I was late. However, this does not seem true given the fact that he told me I had to wait for the mail customers before he could service me, which would have been after my scheduled time. Additionally, I would like to point out that the customer that came in seemed to be a friend of the customer agent. He started a conversation with the customer telling him that he was now a father and husband. When he refused to service me I explained it was urgent and for a job and he told me there was no need to keep arguing with him and to leave. I provided this feedback on google and via email to the business and they responded telling me I was a liar, late, and that they didn't service me because I was late and unprofessional. They did not address the fact the agent serviced another customer that came in after me even with me having an appointment. Nor did they inform me this was why they weren't servicing me!!! Super unprofessional and biased business! Finally, they removed my review and the unprofessional response. read more

The Stoneybrook Mail Center is next to Publix in the Stoneybrook Shopping Center. I have used them a few times over the years for domestic and international shipping. I found them to be very convenient. I have never had to wait and the employees have been very professional. This is a multitask facility. They have mailbox rentals, print business cards and cut keys while you wait. On my last visit I noticed that their business cards lists that they also provide notary services along with fingerprinting and background checks. read more

I am normally not a big fan of "Mail centers" but since the post office is so friggin far from my house this place saves me half the drive. It is a small store but serves its purpose. They accept USPS, FedEx, and DHL....but they do not accept UPS. Their shipping prices are very fair and you can choose from any carrier they offer. You can also rent a mailbox here so it is kind of like a UPS store but without the UPS :) They also sell all kinds of shipping supplies (boxes, tape, bags, styrofoam peanuts, etc) The normal daily USPS post office pick up is around 3:30pm. The staff inside is very friendly and courteous. If you bring mail here to drop off for one of the carriers they gladly take it and hold it until the pick up happens. Thank goodness for this place. In a still-developing area while starting my own business, I was so concerned that I would have to haul packages to a far off post office. Luckily, these kind people have made my life much easier! The first time I came in with multiple, pre-labeled shipments, the gentleman (owner I believe) told me that if they were already labeled and if I'd be coming frequently, that I could help myself to the back entrance and put the packages straight into the mail cart. That way if the store front is ever busy, I don't have to wait. I'm appreciative of his smile each time I see him and his attentiveness to the needs of my small business. I gave them two stars because while they're prices are fine I was frustrated when I went in the other day. They have a minimum dollar amount fee on transactions for card transactions and I was unaware until the end. I didn't have cash so I had to go and get cash! Not accepting the cards will inconvenience some of your customers. Many people conduct almost all of their transactions electronically these days and don't carry much cash. If you turn them away when they are in a pinch, they may decide to take their business elsewhere in the future. read more

I had a birthday card to send out but didn't have any stamps so I stopped by the mail center. There was only one person working and I had to wait 15 minutes just to get told they didn't have change for a $20 and I couldn't use my check card for anything less than $5. Seriously? Save yourself a trip and go to a business that is prepared to deliver a service they are in the market for. Didn't have change for a $20 and couldn't use my check card, seriously?!? I wish I could give them 6 stars. They are not the closest pack and ship place to my house, but I drive out of my way because they are so great. They are super friendly and their customer service is excellent. I've had them make boxes for me that will fit better and be cheaper to send. They also offer used boxes for free, which saves me money. They are very organized and the they are busy, they don't ignore the people who are waiting. I can't say enough good things. read more

Since the post office is so far away, I visit this place frequently. I always see the same gentleman who works there and he is SO friendly, helpful and kind. Multiple times, he has helped me think through the best shipping options, shipping materials, etc. to make sure I am not paying more than I have to. I work for a corporation as an outside sales rep and find myself constantly having to go out of the way to ship things through our FedEx account due to not having a place in our area. I thought this place was going to be a convenient solution to my dilema. I was wrong. After waiting in line for 20 minutes on 1 person in front of me I was then informed to fill out a sheet with my account information, then told I could not charge the box I was purchasing to my account. I understood, they are not an actual Fed Ex, just an authorized center. However, what I learned next after filling everything out was that they only take cash... WHAT? I have my company expense card for business related needs such as this, I can buy the box with my card and they would be earning a loyal and regular customer. Now I am forced to continue driving to Clermont or Metro West. What kinda of business like this won't take a Corporate Amex? Not one that wants any kinda of regular business from people who actually do business. read more

Lost Priority Mail. They charge extra for tracking. The post office does not. The man was rude and no help at all. Just gave a "what do you want me to do?" You didn't pay for tracking shrug. Don't waist your time here. Drive an extra mile and go to USPS. read more
