UPS should state that it offers restricted services and charges for packing. I addition it should mention that the store is located inside the convention center and is not visible from the street, and that you also need to enter through a gated parking area, which the store folks can't validate your ticket. So a free packing job on a return item can in fact cost you for packing and parking. The Sunday store manager Xavia was the most helpful person. He gets five stars
