A decent family-run franchise that has served me well these past few years. No complaints.

My package was dropped off here and their opening hours during the week didn't work with my schedule. 40 mins past closing time on the weekend I realised they're closed! I still tried calling and to my surprise they answered! I explained the situation and the gentleman was kind enough to stay and wait! I got there and couldn't find my ID. I was able to confirm the tracking number and provide another form of identification and I was able to collect. They went above and beyond and I am happy they did. 5 stars! read more

My comment is more a cautionary warning of what could happen and a complaint against the poorly orchestrated means of notification. I chose this location because of it's convenient location. I left a package wth a prepaid shipment label for return. For some unknown reason, it was shipped but returned to them. I was left a brief message on my mobile phone voice stating that they would discard it if not picked up. Unfortunately, I was out of the country and had switched the SIM card out. I returned one month later. My complaint is that the one message is insufficient. They didn't state how long that they would keep it before discarding it and never made a second attempt to contact me. read more

I went to the store to print a pdf from my email because it was the most convenient location for printing. I expected they charge to use the computer, I did not expect to pay 99cents/minute for a computer that operates at a snails pace. It took 4 minutes to open my email and open a single page pdf (which was my most recent email). When I told the young lady working how slow it was, she acknowledged it was slow but said if there were no error messages, I needed to just wait. Wait I did. When it finally loaded my single pager and I printed it (in black)- single sided I was charged $4.50!!!!! I was trying to not be difficult but did mention to the cashier that it's not fair to charge that much per minute to use a computer that functions so poorly- She disregarded what I said. I paid the full amount- I felt obligated to as there were other customers in line. Is it a ruse to get more money by skimping and not fixing the problem (which she acknowledged) or high price low service system. Either way, I will never step foot in that store for any service. read more
