Quick and easy drop off for this area, staff was pleasant. Only challenge is parking and pulling in/out when busy on the one way.

Service was very good. Very helpful, just so expensive to ship regular ground. Not the staff's fault.

Please be aware that UPS offers notary services, but they do NOT notorize quit claim deeds. We had an appointment to meet with their notary at the UPS store on 120 N Dixon road and drove over 40 miles but when we arrived their was no notary there so we drove to the UPS store at 2114 E Boulevard and the notary was there, but she said that UPS does not allow them to notorize quit claim deeds. Our quit claim deed did not have any type of insurance attached to it so the notary was not required to have a resident producers license to sign them. The job of a notary is to simply verify that the signer is who they say they are, not to read or interpret the paperwork. For UPS to advertise they notorize for the public they need to make it clear to the public what paperwork they will notorize and what paperwork they will not notorize. read more

When we pulled up to the store; we witnessed one of the staff hurrying up to the front door, to open it for an approaching customer who was using a walker. We thought then this store seemed a cut above; and we were correct. We were returning a package; and the staff person who assisted us was friendly, helpful and accommodating. As with any establishment of this type, it's the service that is the primary source of distinction. In our case, we would highly recommend this well-maintained facility. read more
