I was visiting and needed to ship some things home. They provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to help me and answer all of my million questions that I had. Items arrived safely and in tact due to their helpful instructions on how to wrap items being shipped. This UPS store on 317 4th street in La Crosse, WI is the most inept business I have ever seen. On Monday, I get home and there is a sticker saying the UPS guy took my package to the UPS store instead of placing the package in the back of my house. On Tuesday I went to get the package like the sticker told me, and the inept person at the counter said it wasn't there. I gave them one star, because I can't go any lower than that. On Wednesday, I tried calling them at 608-782-6966, left two messages, finally got a call back in six hours later. I did receive a Yelp reply from the business, but the contact information is not accessible. I got a call from the company who sent me the package who had to do research on this, and says now, two weeks later, that it IS there. Pathetic ! read more

They act like by waiting on you, they are doing you a personal favor. They also need more than one UPS store in La Crosse. I needed something notarized. I needed to get it done today. I was scheduled to work at 9am. On the website it said it opened at 8am. I got to the store. Posted we do not open until 11am. National labor shortage. Blah. Blah. So I go back on my lunch break. No one says hi or is welcoming at all. I wait in line just to find out I needed to make an online appointment. Frustrating. I went to Town and Country Title. No appointment needed. In and out in less than five minutes. Professional and polite. So if you need a document notarized quickly Don't go to UPS! read more

I have tried for 3 hours to talk to a Human Being and the computer keeps telling me I can't talk to an agent. I have never seen such horrible customer service. These people don't care about you or the service that they provide. I highly suggest you use FEDEX, DHL or USPS before you use these people. All I wanted to do was ask for a delivery to be scheduled and I can't even get a human to talk to me. I had to cancel my order simply because UPS refused to try and help me. read more

I have been here many times over the past few years. They are very helpful & courteous. I have had get estimates to ship large antiques that needed to be crated, and they were very patient and helpful. I now have them designated as my point of delivery for all UPS shipments since I'm rarely home to sign for them. It's very convenient & saves me time and money. So..... I have been trying to find out why a package I ordered from Groupon was not delivered to my locked mailbox but it is marked as delivered by UPS. This was a fairly expensive item for me and I can't get thru to a person to find out what I need to do. When I put in the tracking number I have the phone tree says it's wrong. Scheduled delivery said it would take two days to get my package. I've been tracking it and they said it would be delivered on three separate occasions, it's been a week now. They have non-existent customer service, if you want to be circle jerked by automated bots and not get anywhere or talk to anyone who can help, UPS is the company for you! This is the only UPS store for hours. The owner was extremely rude and wouldnt ship my package utill i told her what i was shipping and when i told her it was cartridges for my juul electronic cigarette she was very short and rude saying immediately we wont ship that. I am a 25 year old woman that travels 200 days out of the year for work and i cant bring my cigarette cartridges on the plane so i wanted to ship them home but she refused to help me and was acting very weird and suspicious. It was extremely insulting and 100% unnecessary. Im sorry that the people of la crosse, wi are stuck with this cow of a woman. Lady, Learn some manners and respect for other peoples privacy. I also WORKED FOR A UPS STORE FOR 3 YEARS. Electronics cigarettes CAN be shipped. I will be writing a letter to corporate as well and leaving this review everywhere possible.
