You have a customer for life...I will never use FED EX HAS HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE - the driver was supposed to get my package to me Friday, it is Tuesday night and NOTHING! Supervisor keeps making excuses for him, then they said I wasn't home, which is BS, I' have been home waiting for the package TWO DAYS, they didn't even leave an attempt slip which means they are LYING!!! Will NEVER NEVER use their services for my personal OR business. On top of it all, I was told Friday the driver took my package back to the facility because he thought Black Friday was a holiday!!!! I needed to have 1000 letters folded by a machine. I called about 5-6 other places. All other places need at least a day to do the job. This place told me to come by and get it done right away. Super Quick, Super Friendly, Super Helpful. I've been here a few times before, it where I usually take packages I'm returning to Amazon. Long story short, some of labels I had printed at home (and attached to my packages) didn't print correctly. The kind staff at The UPS Store of Laurelton helped me resolve my issue and made sure my packages were sent out correctly and quickly :o). Personalized service from start to finish! I've never felt the need to negatively review a business until my experience at this UPS store today. Not only was the worker very rude, she was also unapologetic, arrogant and sarcastic for no apparent reason. I don't know if it was because she didn't feel like being at work at 8am in the morning or maybe she missed the customer service course that most businesses give to their employees. Either way, I've never had any issues with the older workers which I usually see when I visit this store. The best part of my time there was her telling me I should probably go somewhere else to simply print. I will gladly do so and be sure to take all my family, friends and anyone else who cares to listen with me to another location who puts their customers first. read more

I have nothing but positive things to say about this store and the staff. i have a few UPS stores much closer to me, but it is worth it to drive the extra 10 minutes to this location. The entire staff is super polite and knowledgeable. I have done quite a few printing and design projects (both personally and also for work) and I have always been 1000% satisfied when i come here. If you are looking to find someone you can depend on to get the job done, need honest opinions about the best way to do it, and just want a pleasant experience overall, this location will always deliver! Everyone is great, but I personally love working with Brandon since hes done an excellent job in the past, earned my trust, and always has a smile on his face ready to go the extra mile to help. One of my projects in particular (one for my wedding) took an incredibly long time to do and i had a lot of questions throughout the process. He was super attentive, and even though i know it must have been somewhat annoying, he was more than happy to spend the extra time with me and my fiance to get it right because he knew how important it was for our special day. Our creation came out better than we ever could have dreamed and I cannot wait to show it off at the wedding!! We could not have done it without the help of him and his amazing staff. Was shipping my 5yr grandson my son's old original Xbox with a small Tv his mother a single mom in the Atlanta area with two kids in nursing school is struggling had just finished visiting by bus for the holiday...She sometimes has to remind on campus all day because the gas to make two trips is cost prohibitive so trying to help out I purchased a $100 gift card from the Valley Stream CVS right off Merrick I text my daughter in the parking lot of the CVS at 9:40 to inform her the gift card was in a plastic CVS in the box..My wife had brought a new Sunbeam microwave and I was using it to ship the Xbox and TV to my grandson I left the CVS store and drove directly to the UPS on Merrick Blvd arriving about 9:48 am only taking 8 minutes to drive that short distance the clerk told me their would be a brief wait. Because someone else was packing in the area I assume he felt he needed to complete my shipping mind you my items were in a box the Sunbeam Corp routinely uses to ship these microwave ovens to retailers all over the world but this clerk felt this was suddenly inadequate not only selling me a UPS box and it's associated trappings he remove the items from the Sunbeam box without my knowledge nor consent and placed them in their UPS all now costing me an extra $13 he suggested sold without the suggesting...this was the Monday after Thanksgiving that Wednesday my daughter text me thanking me for xbox and TV but there was no plastic bag with the $100 gift card she was driving so I told her to recheck box she inform it wasn't the sunbeam box it was the UPS box and it was professionally packed from her observation.. I call the UPS store an employee inform me he did see the empty Sunbeam box discarded in the store and low and behold the plastic CVS bag but it was empty important to remember is I have on my iPhone the text I sent my daughter at 9:40 Monday morning telling her to look for plastic CVS bag with gift card the employee who I later found out was the General Mgr inform that the owner of the unit would be contacting before 5pm that day because the employee who had did the shipping on a Monday was not there so he would not be able to resolve the problem.. No contact was made by any employee or owner after I was assured I could expect a call within the seven hour window their Manager had given me... So 10:00am the very next day I went to the unit to ascertain the status of the stolen gift card the clerk who had handle my items on Monday was in the store with whom I believe I had spoke on the phone the previous day... I ask the clerk why didn't he offer me the paying customer the right to allow him to handle my personal property and why didn't he just place the Sunbeam box and it's contents as is into the UPS and why if he was compelled to do otherwise why was I told before hand that was his plan of action?...He than inform me that the plastic bag was empty that's when I knew for sure he had taken the gift card so I ask why didn't the empty plastic bag that he admits was in the Sunbeam microwave not shipped with the rest of the contents of the box because clearly that must have been my desired intention I left CVS at 9:42 after putting plastic bag in box in 10 minutes it simply vanished For the owners of this National respected brand to look the other way when clearly some dishonest behavior by their employee .. Blatant theft and the padding of the bill is just obvious they refuse to deal with me in a fair and upfront manner period !! read more

I am so frustrated by this store and UPS in general that I will never ship anything with them again. I shipped a package on Sept 16th and paid for next day delivery for a wedding the next day. UPS loses the package and claims it was delivered on the 19th, a whole 3 days after! My client claims they never received the package but when I call UPS, they tell me the package was left at the front door. To make a long story short, I was told to go into the location to file a claim. When I went there, the manager filed the claim for me and told me that his mother is the one that handles the claim and to call her to find out the status. About a week later, she calls me to tell me that they said the package was left at the front door. I tell her the same thing that I told her son, my client never received the package. She tells me ok that she will call them to reopen the investigation. Today, I called again to find out the status and she tells me the same thing AGAIN! the investigation is closed. She tells me that they don't handle my package and there's nothing she can do but to keep calling them. Oh!! but you took my money and my package, okay. Hmph!! Needless to say, I was happy when I found out it was a family owned business and African American owned but now I will NEVER EVER take my business to them again. Telling me that there's nothing you can do for me because you weren't in charge of delivering my package is not a good way to calm my frustration because I paid at your store and left my package with you. I guess you have enough customers that one lost customer doesn't matter. UPDATE!!! A month later and I get a phone call saying that not only will my missing package not be refunded but neither will they refund me for the fact that my package was delivered late because its too late. smh read more
