The second family said their apartment was at 1 and hadn't spoken to anyone in regard to their appointment, because the first appointment still wasn't finished. Both families complained to the front desk. We wound up just leaving after a half hour when we realized no one was being helped or the line wasn't moving. This was for the passport line.

Meanwhile, several other employees were standing around on their phones or joking with each other instead of helping. I felt bad for the one woman doing her best to handle an impossible situation by herself. It was disappointing to see such a lack of teamwork. When there's a line that long, everyone should be pitching in to help customers and support their coworker. Instead, it seemed like nobody cared. If Staples is going to accept Amazon returns, they need to staff appropriately or have employees step up when it's busy. This experience was a huge waste of time and left a very poor impression.

We worked with Rafael (i believe) and he helped us for over an hour and over two days emailing, chatting and just keeping the good vibes going as we delt with this annoying task.
