This location is responsible for all of the "Undeliverable" items being stolen & then marked in the system as lost in transit. It's an inside job because they are internally making it so you cannot track your package. Please fire the Manager or whoever is in charge of this ongoing scam. read more

A touch annoyed that I didn't get second delivery attempt as mentioned before it went directly to store location for me to pickup. All in all that parking lot is a touch of a nightmare to navigate safely as the public is reckless an inconsiderate here after the holidays it seems. I've occasionally stopped by this location to drop off return deliveries. It's a large location, which is always clean. The service is quick and convenient, expect to get out in minutes. The staff is very friendly, I've seen them help people who are at the wrong delivery site and need to be at USPS or UPS. They will even assist you in packaging while other locations would ask you to do it yourself before coming up to the counter. read more

Went into fedex office in Lynbrook, NY on Tuesday Morning 3/15/22 sending large sum of money in bank and personal checks to a Marine Dealership. I paid for next day delivery Wednesday 3/16/22 by 4: 30 PM. Package was delayed in Memphis, TN and it never got to the destination until 3/18/22 ! Fedex refused to refund the 41 .20 saying "it was beyond our control"! They refused to refund my money but I have a credit card dispute going so I will try to recover that way. This is not the first time I've had an issue with Fedex but this is the last time! I will never use Fedex again. I'm reviewing Fedex service generally not this office. The people there were courteous and after if left their office is when the problem started. read more

I stopped in on a Saturday and I must say it was an easy experience. Both young men working, Dejon and Jeremiah, were nice to each customer that entered. They continued to provide high quality service to each guest to take care of the specific need and in record time. We returned a package from chewy's four days ago and due to miscommunication, chewy's sent us the same exact package by mistake. We are trying to return this same exact package, and this dark-skin lady gave us massive attitude, said that she won't take this package because the box is not substantial enough. Terrible service. I wanted a seatbelt extension from the company that was shipped originally from China. I tracked it all the way here. My fiancé said FedEx is right from the house. He disappeared to one of the other neighbors and my tracking now says it was delivered.They probably delivered it to the Wrong house. They let people pick up fraudulent bank cards shipped to them with no ID. They are not secure

I walked into this fedex on February 19th at about 7:30pm. I waited for about 7 minutes for someone to greet me at the counter , The three employees were very busy having a private conversation and when I asked for assistance in printing my documents I felt as if I was bothering them. I'm not very good with technology and when I've visited the staples further down they have always assisted me with no issues. I can fully understand that it was almost closing time but as a consumer who depends on these services I expected to be helped properly and courteously. The managers should properly train these young people in helping out clients who don't know how to use the equipment instead of making us feel like idiots who are bothering them when they are the ones at work. read more

A shout out to Diana at the FedEx shop on Sunrise in Lynbrook. I placed a large online order in the middle of the night. The eta was 10:30 am, but I needed it by 9:30. I called the office and Diana answered at opening time, (7:30am) with a welcoming voice. She found the order and said she would do her best to rush the order. Diana called me at 9 and said the order was ready. It was executed beautifully- a 30 page full color bounded presentation X10. Thank you Diana! read more

I hate leaving one star reviews but I can only hope this makes a difference. The fact that this is a "print center" would make you think that the printing worked. Yesterday was not the first time I placed an order online for pick-up for this location and was told of a problem when I went to pick it up. Apparently the printer "broke" and the quality of the photo - which I was using for an important anniversary gift- was pretty awful. My brother actually picked it up for me. He told me they informed him the picture might be a little messed up and that the printer had broke. Again, a PRINT CENTER, which would leave you to assume that if one printer broke, another one in the "center" would be able to do the job just as well. But it was discolored and of course they didn't offer to fix it. IN FACT, they just showed the two pages into an envelope and handed it to my brother, without allowed him to check them out first and make sure they're right. Even after telling him about the trouble they had. Pretty unprofessional if you ask me. As I noted, this was not the first time I've had trouble here. Another time it took an HOUR to print 8 pages of cardstock. While the person working there did allow me to look at the pages for this instance, almost every time she printed, the printer would jam, she'd have to go fix it and then something else would go wrong. I only needed 8 simple pages of cardstock printed. It took about an hour. That's ridiculous. Although the location is convenient, you may want to look in the surrounding areas so you end up at a Print Center that actually Prints!! read more

Hello, I just read some of the reviews for this 689 Sunrise Hwy, Lynbrook office. They are all glowing and positive experience for many. Unfortunately for me it was just not acceptable service. I dropped into the office yesterday afternoon to simply scan 15 pages of a file to an email address. There were 3 FedEx staff all busy doing 'something' behind the counter while I waited around to be addressed. I was the only one in the store. One of the staff members finally addressed me and showed me a list of instructions on the wall on how to do scan my work and use my credit card. I had to call her away from what she was doing behind the counter twice as the scan machine was unable to scan more than ONE PAGE AT A TIME. I also had to call her over as the window that pops up on the screen and asks if there is multiple papers to scan did not work.... I had to call over a second employee to assist me. I did not stay long. I managed to scan 3 pages and stopped. The colour copy of one page ended up black and white and blurred. It was impossible to read. I left the office having paid $6 for scanning done on 3 out of 15 pages and ran to the Library to get help. The team were lethargic, unmotivated and, in my case, completely helpless. When I explained I simply could not go further one of the team said OK, thank you! I actually ended up heading to Staples and purchasing my own Printer/Scanner, paper and ink. Just so that when I do need to do work at home I won't have to be exposed to just indadequate service. It was just annoying. Where is the motivated, glad to help, attitude? It's shocking really. I mailed a package from here to new Jersey. I filled out the paperwork and checked it on the digital screen. Two days later it arrived on my doorstep. I went back to the the store and explained the man put the reverse info in my address as the to, and NJ as the from. The center manager Diane refused to refund me or let me send again under the proviso that I would pay the difference between the NJ and NY shipping. I'm never using fedex again. What kind of customer service is that? I refused to give FedEx more money and mailedit again using UPS. The manager as Fedex told me this kind of thing happens all the time recently. Maybe it's someone who works there and not the customers if it happens all the time "recently". Great job manager, you saved FedEx $10, and lost hundreds more cause I'm never going here again. read more

This place is great Diana the mgr couldn't due enough for us we went there to print my moms funeral programs she was kind polite sincere and patient. She did everything to help us and worked quickly. Dont upload your documents to the fedex site and pick up your prints at the store they will act like they don't know why you're talking about ended up paying double for the print outs at the store and the money i paid online was just a waste. Watch out for joe at the desk he was the completely incompetent employee. read more

I have used many FedEx Ship Centers, mostly well run, BUT the Lynbrook NY location has to be the worst. Twice they have screwed up my mailings. The manager Diana is inept, will not take responsibility for their errors, and actually lied. And don't believe the ratings on FedEx.com because they have control over what is posted. read more
