We called about a specific area of wood debris. Technician took pictures to send to boss. After I…read morecalled back in 2 days, I was told it was damage due to carpenter ants. They sent me a contract for maintenance. I completed that and returned. We heard nothing back. The next week I called the main office number on 3 occasions. Phone staff were courteous, apologized and said they'd get back to me. None did. I was sent another contract to sign and was told our service could not be scheduled until the agency completed their end of the contract. Ultimately I was given a date for service 2 weeks away and it was apparently only to treat window sills (which was not going to solve the carpenter ants eating a post in a bedroom!). That day I called another company. They sent a technician out that day and treated the problem immediately.
