Reading other reviews here that are negative, I can only assume those individuals bring the bad experience with them wherever they go, because you don't find it here. Not saying they are perfect, but these folks are the kinda people you want handling personal shipments. Their collective demeanor is inviting and facilitates trust. I dropped off a FedEx package at Mail Central on Friday April 4th around 11:00 am. I purchased the…read morelabel on eBay.com. I noticed Sunday that the package had not been picked up, it didn't have any scans from FedEx. So, Monday April 7th around 9:00 am shortly after Mail Central was open, I went in to ask Troy (the store owner) why my package had not been picked up. She said I must have dropped off later than I thought, I said I know I dropped the package off around 11:00 am. Then she went on to blame FedEx for not picking it up. As the store owner she took no accountability for the package not getting shipped nor did she offer any ideas on how she would fix the error to make sure it would not happen again. I left the package with her hoping Friday was a fluke and that she would make sure my package would be picked up on Monday afternoon at their normal FedEx pick up time. Monday came and went with no FedEx scan on the tracking. So, on Tuesday April 8th I went in to Mail Central again to see what had happened. Troy was not at the store, so I talked to the employee on duty. She stated that all the FedEx packages were picked up. I said that I wanted to looked to see if my package had been picked up. It was absolutely clear that FedEx did not pick up again. I took my package, made a new label and took it to the UPS store. With Troy knowing me and my husband since 2018 when we began dropping of packages at Mail Central, I expected more customer service from her. I expressed to her the urgency I had in needing to get this package shipped, because on eBay you only have a couple of days to get it shipped. I feel like she at the very least should have called me (my phone number was on the shipping label). I feel like she has no urgency to fix what was happening with FedEx or to service her customers.

Have done business with this UPS Store for 6 years now and have nothing but great things to say…read more They always work hard to help the customers as quickly as they can, especially during this crazy Christmas season, and try to help save me money if there's a cheaper option. The employees always seem to be eager to please which, I have to say - with all they have to do to make sure everyone's packages go exactly where they should, when they should, with no errors at a fair price, I would not be able to do so happily - especially in December. Started with one person helping me and the lady in charge sent him off on a break somewhere, someone else stepped in to try and help, and then they started sending in batches handing me back pieces and parts which did not match the confirmation which they were handing me. Seems they don't know how to make it work, and make it under 50 pages which is REQUIRED for this fax to the VA. Also, they were SUPER SUPER negligent with how they handled all this paperwork. Before I can do anything else with this paperwork, I had to come home and put it all back in the correct order (Glad I made a copy before I visited these idiots). My previous visit to this location, I was trying to get a Notary during a time when they had a line. I was at the front of the line twice and they moved me to the end twice putting off the notary service for "easier" items. I waited over 30 minutes, and not until I called the store from my cell phone and asked for a manager did they actually help me. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!!!

I have ordered from this store for the past two years and they always deliver. They have a quick turnaround, quality design staff and high quality work. They will even reach out to you before printing your order if they think it needs updates, the paper quality could be better or anything to make it absolutely perfect. So far, I order all of my business items from them. They print cards, pop up banners, envelopes, letters, flyers, all types of brochures and more. I've referred several people to them and will continue to refer all of my clients. Let's not forget they have such amazing customer service that Michelle has delivered to me a million times and always with a smile. I will continue to use this store.
