The auction house reached out to this Pak Mail store and they said that they would ship for 25.00. He called Christmas Eve and said it was just 25.00 and wanted my credit card information. to go ahead and take care of. Based on the drastic difference in service, I can only assume there is new ownership or management. The two employees working were dismissive, unhelpful, and unwilling to assist with a simple shipping issue. There was no effort to offer solutions, not even suggesting a larger box when it was clearly needed. The attitude alone made the interaction uncomfortable.
