Based on the drastic difference in service, I can only assume there is new ownership or management. The two employees working were dismissive, unhelpful, and unwilling to assist with a simple shipping issue. There was no effort to offer solutions, not even suggesting a larger box when it was clearly needed. The attitude alone made the interaction uncomfortable. After years of consistent business, this was extremely disappointing. Something has clearly changed here, and not for the better. If this is the new standard, it's unfortunate.

While the facility is clean and the staff is wonderful, I am giving this a 4-star review instead of a 5-star because of a frustrating issue with the dryer timers. ​Whenever you open a dryer door to pull a few items out early, the timer keeps ticking down. You end up losing precious minutes that you paid for while the machine is paused. I have mentioned this before, and I really hope the owner can find a way to remedy this so the timer pauses when the door is opened. ​Aside from that issue, the facility itself is great. It is about two years old, filled with excellent new machines, and kept incredibly clean. I also appreciate that when the owner adjusted the dryers to 10 cents a quarter, he lowered the washing machine prices from $5.75 down to $5.00. Another big plus is the late hours, with the last wash at 8:00 PM and closing at 10:00PM ​The absolute best part of this laundromat is the staff. There are three ladies who work here, including Elena, who opens in the morning. They are the heartbeat of this business and work incredibly hard. ​Recently, the owner seems to have secured a new hotel contract because flatbeds and trucks have been arriving loaded down with massive trailers of dirty laundry. Even though their workload has easily tripled, these three women don't skip a beat. They keep the place spotless--constantly wiping down the machines inside and out, cleaning the dryers, and keeping the floors immaculate--all while being warm and friendly to everyday customers. ​Because the laundromat is open from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, these ladies are putting in long, demanding days, with Elena often working past her shift to handle the commercial laundry. I truly hope the owner recognizes their dedication under this heavy new workload and rewards them with a well-deserved raise. Every time I do that whether it is an hour or two hours before pick up, the order is never ready. Today I had to wait over 15 minutes and was charged a $35 printing fee that I have never been charged before. UPS: you failed miserably in this entire process. Two chances I gave to correct the issue and both times with no customer service. This is a formal grievance against UPS and the complete failure of customer service associated with the company, including the inconvenience of this particular location. I paid 2 day air shipping for an item I needed prior to the weekend. Order was processed and sent out on Tuesday for an arrival of Thursday. The package required a signature so I needed someone to be home. Time frame given was 12:30 - 4:30. During the day Thursday, I get a notification that my package was delayed and would be delivered Friday. I did not have someone to be at home for that day so I rerouted (and paid an additional $6 on top of the $48 expedited shipping charges) to a local access point so I could get my package Saturday morning. I called UPS and found out that the local access point wouldn't receive the package until Tuesday! I asked for a Supervisor and he did not assist me and tried to blame the company shipping the item. So, nothing was done to resolve my issue of needing the package by the weekend for an event. I work in Johns Creek but live close to this access point so I figured I'd leave work early to get here and pick up my package (deadline for it is 6/4). I got here at 6:02PM, rushing, and they were closed. So this is ANOTHER DAY of waiting to get a package and clearly can't get access to bc I can't make it here within an hour from leaving work, and this location does not stay open a minute past their closing time. Overall, epic fail. It is insanely rare I write a bad review but even with the customer service being nice, there was still no resolution other than "you'll have to get the package on Sunday". I have not been this pissed off in a very long time. There should've been a refund and an effort to get the package to me in the time frame I requested. And as I sit here in front of this access point writing this review and on the phone with UPS filing a complaint, I have seen 5 other people walk up and realize they were closed. ADJUST YOUR BUSINESS HOURS.
