Horrible experience. I went on 10/11 to make some returns after Maki the line for 5-10 minutes, the stupid guy who was at the counter name Julio says in a very aggressive and unprofessional manner, that we can use the self return machine as if we were supposed to know that. After my husband told him he could have told us that 10 minutes ago, he joked that it had been 5 minutes only in. The guy was super unprofessional and was acting as he hates his job. It is not people's fault he hates his job or his life. We all work for a living and we need to act professional even when we are not feeling our best. Julio should be fired and counseled, maybe he can get a job he likes in the future. Dude this job with UPS is not for you. No one came in there and demanded to be attended to, you and your pathetic being took it upon yourself to be an asshole. I'm sorry for your sorry ass life that I can only imagine you have. I'm standing front of the UPS store for the second day in a row in which they are not open per their publicly listed hours. Yesterday more than a dozen customers waited in line for at least half an hour past opening time before giving up. Today, I'm writing this review while waiting in line again and it's already 10 minutes last opening time and staff haven't even arrived yet. The only reason I'm here is to cancel a post office box they auto renewed without any notification. On past visits (6-12 months ago) the lines were always long, they're always understaffed, and staff are often rushing customers and occasionally rude. This UPS store is a super convenient location for dropping off Amazon returns, picking up packages, printing oversize documents and getting things notarized. They have a parking lot with FREE parking. The lot is a bit tight, but that's not their fault. They have good COVID protocols. They only allow 3 people in the store at a time, but if you're waiting, you can pop next door for a bagel and NY Bagels! Even with the Christmas rush, I've never had to wait more than a few minutes. The employees are all efficient and mostly friendly, getting you in and out with a smile. I'm dinging them one star because they always have irritating music on their sound system. I had a a bunch of documents notarized earlier this week and was subjected to reggaeton for a good 30 minutes. TORTURE! read more

NEVER use this place to get anything professional packaged! I brought them an antique statue to be professionally packaged and sent to my client who bought it for $$$$ & they completely FAILED TO "PROFESSIONALLY" PACKAGE IT! I Spend around $100 and explained to them that it needed to be wrapped very securely! I trusted that they would do this but NAH THEY LAZILY WRAPED IT IN LITERALLY 1 LAYER OF BUBLE WRAP AND PUT IT IN A MAKE SHIFT BOX THAT WAS TWO ORDINARY BOXES TAPPED TOGETHER!! Of course there was NO SUPPORT in that box and the statue BROKE INTO PIECES! Not fixable at all. I'm so upset, shocked & disappointed that they didn't take the job seriously. On June 12, I went to the UPS store to make a return. While waiting in line, a customer arrived after everyone behind me tried to use the self-system. Because this one did not work, the employees just advanced to the front desk of the customer to offer service to him because they seemed to know each other, Disrespectfully, leaving all the people in line waiting. Staff is good..no dis to the working people. But 3 experiences. I had to do two visits bc they only scanned one side of the docs. Seems like an amateur error. Not a major deal, but it did take me 3x the time; having to return. Separately, note the fee for notarizing is $10, which seems steep, but that's not the deal breaker. It was being charged $5 per witness for a whopping $20 to notarize a one page doc. That was ridiculous. Plus, be warned...no fed ex at this UPS. Wth?! Time is money, and money is money. read more

As a licensed professional, it is frequently necessary for me to submit fingerprints. A problem for me is that many years of working with harsh chemicals have made it difficult to obtain readable prints, with frequent resubmissions and wasted time. Imagine my delight, when Juan worked so patiently to obtain readable fingerprints for me with the first try! I highly recommend this UPS store for fingerprinting, as Juan was patient, courteous and professional. I have lived in this neighborhood for 6 years and this is my local store, all the years I have been coming here the same crew of guys have been here treating customers like trash. I have been to this store several times, most recently today. I especially like the layout of the store the the fact that I can buy shipping items conveniently like tape, boxes, envelopes, etc. This morning, around 9:00am I needed to return an item to amazon.com. I couldn't believe how easy it was. I just gave the item to Louis, he scanned the barcode on my phone and I was on my way. Oscar has always gone above and beyond and he's not the only one. The whole crew there are friendly and helpful. I normally don't write reviews, but this time I have to write a review of the UPS store locate it at 6538 Collins Ave Miami B. I use a service that they provide which is like pick and pay. I live in North Miami Beach. The building where I live doesn't have front desk. For that reason is very difficult for me to receive my packages when I make my purchases online. This UPS provides you a service where you can put their address for delivery Of your package and you pay $10.00 dollars to UPS to pick them. This UPS has made my life MUCH EASIER. Their customer service is excellent. Any time I called asking If my package is been delivered, they always answer in a nice way and knowledgeable. Be aware they exploit your phone and email address!! I have been to this location several times and I can honestly say that the customer service is terrible at best. I recently stopped by to ship an extra large, extra heavy package. I went online prior to me going in to check what the shipment should cost and it calculated $78. I knew it was oversized and heavy so I didn't complete the online transaction as I wanted to make sure it was accurate and I went to this location to verify. They told me it would be $140. I asked why that big of a discrepancy as I knew I might be a little off but that is quite a bit. The very rude lady dealing with some other customers yelled that they are an independent contractor and that's what they charge. I asked if that meant if I walked over to their computer console and completed my transaction there it would be the $78 and she said yes. I stated that was crazy to charge that much just to process and said I would not be back to this location. I left, went home, completed my transaction online and shipped my package for $78. The very next day I started getting a crazy amount of Robo Calls and a massive amount of spam emails. It has persisted the entire week. I very rarely give out that specific email and phone number so putting two and two together I have a VERY good idea of who did this. Just wanting to inform the good people of Miami Beach, be aware of this location. read more

Soooooo, I need some documents notarized and went up here to get them done before I had to head to work......the guy was over 40 minutes late to open the store (which made me mad because I was already going in late & then had to stay later). Very unprofessional to open late!! Plus, he didn't even apologize. By the time he showed up there were 4 of us waiting to get in. On the plus side, he was nice and did my documents quickly. I just wouldn't go back here again. They know me by name at this point and always welcome me to the store. What can I say, These guys are the best! Owners are nice guys, but their staff Jimmy, Deangelo, Luccas, and Silvio are absolutely great. They're fast, motivated guys that know exactly what their doing, and do everything with a great attitude. Feels like a local spot, the minute you walk in they have your package ready ( I am a box owner), and have you in and out as quickly as possible, and they do it all with a smile. I noticed old reviews with very few stars, but the same people no longer work their, maybe they should update it. I would previously ship stuff through U.S.P.S located on Normandy Drive, and I've had to complain numerous time, because they have 4 people working and service is INCREDIBLY slow, and the workers are miserable, angry, and rude. Horrible customer service. This UPS location is listed as providing fingerprinting service. I called and confirmed with the store. They said yes. I drove 30 minutes to the store only to be told they're not doing fingerprinting and that the person who answered the phone is new. That is not a valid excuse! It is on the store to properly train employees. On top of this, lines were long and the person who attended me had a mask on that was not covering his mouth. My husband still in the island and i was sending a box with some neccesary items. Lightning fast in and out tape job. They helped me with my shipment within a blink of an eye. I think I was literally in there for about 30 seconds it was one of the best experiences I've ever had at a UPS Store. only if USPS can learn from these guys. I'm a local and have been going to this UPS for over 5 years. They're supposed to be open on weeknights until 7pm. I showed up tonight at 6:52pm and the lights were on, the UPS representative was inside helping a customer, but the door was locked. I lightly knocked thinking the UPS representative would acknowledge me and let me in. Instead, he looked up and at me, then looked back down with no acknowledgment what so ever, as if I wasn't even there. I was stunned. I haven't been treated that rudely by any local business representative - EVER. I will never come back and will take my business elsewhere where they have a friendlier and less lazy business acumen. read more
