Came here with my husband for notary services & copies. Good price, I paid $10 per page, much cheaper then the last notary I used.

Poor customer service. Do NOT come here if you need help. They will push you aside if you don't come here often and they know you on a first name basis. First and last visit. I will spread the word. Same your gas. Drive elsewhere to get great service. I would give zero stars if allotted. read more

The rating of "not good" is still too high, but here it is in a nutshell: I buy alot of items from Amazon and some of the times there are returns. I follow the instructions to the letter, re-box when needed and print the QR code for them to scan because often times I am not the one returning the item physically. IT NEVER FAILS, every (and I mean every) time we go to this particular branch, it's the same story. The owner, clerk or package handler, or whatever her title may be is EXTREMELY RUDE and seemingly finds fault with everything. She once talked my husband (returning the package) into purchasing a box we didn't need. It's just outrageous the things people will pull to catch a buck, and this one is a class act (sarcasm.) I continue using this branch, despite the rudeness and BS I have to endure simply because it's closer, and firmly believe that is the only reason most people probably go to that branch, CONVENIENCE! read more

Awful customer service with owner and their family members trained to turn away boxes that are absolutely perfect in an attempt to use their own high priced packaging. WORST EXPERZiENCE! This is a terrible place to ship anything! The owner/manager has such a nasty & nonchalant attitude with a shipping issue that occured at his store. it took a package sent her by USPS 3 days to leave their location & the package was suppose to arrive within 3 days of shipping!!! As a manger he should show better customer service tactics to any customer in front of his employees, his attitudes makes them feel it's ok to be rude to people! I sent my daughter a bottle of perfume for her birthday. UPS said it would be delivered in two days, and would arrive before seven pm. She got home at five and was excited, since there wasn't a notification on the door, indicating that UPS had been by. I was later notified that the delivery wasn't completed because no one was home to sign. I tried contacting UPS to get organized for the next day's delivery but it was difficult. They allowed me to track my package but to change delivery, I had to give them a tracking number, which that said was invalid. This morning I received another failed attempt to deliver. At least they recognized the tracking number this morning. They said we would have to wait until Monday for the perfume. They said it would not be protected from the heat because the warehouse and the truck are going to be hot with no temperature control. I asked if I could arrange for her to pick it up today and they said no. I'm going to cancel the order and tell my daughter to go to a nice department store and buy it in person. It's not as much fun as getting a gift, but it will be a lot easier. read more

This is my second time coming to this UPS. The first time I came I had all prepaid prepared items with labels. The woman who I believe is the owners wife. She was incompetent! Didn't understand how to process anything. When I provided direction (direct, and transparent but, not rude.) she was defensive and the husband came over to complete the transaction. Never apologized for his incompetent wife. Just took over and was a little snippy. All the while this was there incompetence! Today, I came in providing another opportunity. Trying to get documents notarized. The owner was assisting this frazzled patron who he made sure I was aware she was next. I stood there long enough for him to notarize these basic documents. She comes in along with two other patrons. He took the person who came in after me. I said I was next. He says it's on a priority basis then proceeds to take care of him. Then ask if I want to make an appointment. This place is a joke. Go to FedEx for shipping needs and the bank or other notaries for that service. I'm also reporting these instances to UPS. Horrible customer service! Wouldn't spend Monopoly money here read more

Cleanliness is very important to me. *Breezeway in front of store was trashy. *Front glass door was filthy. *Floor inside store had trash all over it & rugs needed vacuuming. I decided not to use this store. read more

Lindsey, Rasool, and the other employees are great! I cannot express how I appreciate the "let's get it done" attitude when it comes to sending out and notarizing sensitive documents. They will jump through hoops to help you in any way. For this reason, I recommend this facility over the FedEx across the street, as FedEx put up many barriers (specifically notarizing) instead of providing assistance or alternatives. I've been going to this UPS for 1.5 years. All mail shipments have been successful, and I have yet to have an unfavorable experience. Keep it up! read more

I wouldn't be giving a five stars, if it wasn't for a wonderful employee Peggy who works at the UPS on Schillenger. The UPS in New York delivered a package I had sent to a friend. He had delivered it to the wrong address. That was the first of December. Due to Peggy's constant due diligence, with this issus , I got a refund. She was amazing, A big thank you Peggy, I wish more people would to their jobs as well as you do. read more

This UPS store does a great job for me. I have a mailbox there, they always sign for my packages and let me know when the package has arrived. They also send me an email when I have mail. The other day I had to mail an international package and they helped me find the best rate even though it wasn't through their store. Can't recommend them enough. read more

Found a wonderful office chair on the store's floor. Of course, they did not have this chair "in the back." Not the company policy to purchase the floor model, so we went to the front of the store to order this chair online. The store would not do this either. I was told that maybe the chair will be restocked by Friday -- six days away. I left this store without the chair I wanted, without any guarantee that I might get it and not suggestions about whether it was in stock in a nearby store. I understand we are in the middle of a pandemic and that it's caused problems with the retail sector. But someone should never leave a brick-and-mortar store empty handed when they clearly wanted to purchase a product found inside the store. You have to do better. read more

I was out of town when a delivery attempt was made. The information was sent to me by a neighbor. I called UPS paid $5.00 to reschedule on a date after I returned. Instead they rescheduled for an earlier date while I was still out of town. Naturally, it seems impossible for UPS to confirm their error and who sent the package. I wonder how much money they make by collecting rescheduling fees for dates they then ignore. Do they charge for sending the package back? If so, then they greatly benefit from their "sloppiness". If a class action attorney reads this and thinks it worth their while, count me in. read more

!!!!DO NOT USE THIS UPS STORE LOCATION!!!! THE OWNER TOLD ME HE HAD REPORTED ME TO THE POSTAL INSPECTOR FOR FRAUD WHEN I TOLD HIM I WAS MOVING MY BOX TO ANOTHER LOCATION.....this was his response after I filed a complaint with The UPS Store Corporate. The Story: 1. I did not receive most of my mail for several weeks and kept being told nothing was being delivered. I was at a loss, so I finally demanded the store owner produce my mail or video to see if someone was stealing my mail. Amazingly, as I was about to walk out, he "found" my mail. He had all of my mail in a folder that he was going "to give to the postal inspector because it was not addressed to any of the names on my account." I demanded he produce my original paperwork. Sure enough the names were all there on the application. The store owner assured me it would not happen again. 2. A few days later, I ordered checks and business cards. I did not receive them either. I was assured by the bank and the printing company that the boxes should have been delivered. I kept checking with the UPS Store employees and they assured me I had no boxes. So again, I demanded they find my boxes. They were able to find the business cards. They never found my checks. I had the bank put a stop order on my checks and order new ones. You would never believe those checks never showed up either. So I had the bank trace the new set of checks. The trace said my checks have to be at the UPS Store. So I again demanded the UPS Store employee find my mail. He searched and searched and finally found two bank statements, a check card, and PIN number that had been mailed to me. He had no explanation for why they were not in my box. He never found what at this time should be four boxes of checks. FYI I would get some mail and not get other mail. 3. I filed a formal complaint with The UPS Corporate. The customer service rep was dumb founded when I told her about my experience. She assured me someone would call me within three days. So today, three days after filing my complaint, the owner of The UPS Store franchise called me. He denied he was holding my mail and again said I did not have my business names on my application. He proceeded to blame everything on me. I told him there was an obvious problem that was not going to be resolved so I was just going to move my mail box (after paying for the box, business cards, etc) to another location. He snapped back that I was under contract and could not do that. I told him I didn't care. I would just pay for a new mail box. So then he threatened me by telling me he HAD reported me to the US Postal Inspector. Obviously, I was shocked. I asked why he would do that. He said something about employee applications.??? I don't have employees and have never solicited employment applications so I was confused. I asked him to explain what he was talking about. He said I just needed to wait because he reported me and the Postal Inspector would be contacting me. Then he hung up. 4. I will be contacting The UPS Store Corporate and the US Postal Inspector on Monday. This is outrageous. read more

It's a shame when you have to call the police over $7, in order to get a business owner to do what is right by the customer. I must first say this: Not once did I raise my voice (I lost my voice so I am vocally incapable of yelling) or curse at him. Incident: I got a POA document notarized by Razuel on Saturday, and mailed it the same to Nationwide. Nationwide Collison Manager said via email that the document was not acceptable by DMV because additional information was written on the document by Raquel. On Wednesday I return to the store and speak with his wife "G" and explain what happened and show her the email copy indicating the mistake. She states that this particular document does not require "for _ only" and instructed me to come back and they will redo it for Free. Today, 9/20, I go in speak with Raquel, catch him up on my conversation with his wife. His reason for not redoing was because nationwide rep was not present in store with me and it would be illegal for him to do so. I request a refund for his document error. At first his stance was services were rendered because the dicument has been accepted in the past and its his principles (whatever they were). Finally we agree that he should issue a refund. He soon changed his mind and after I suggested him and his wife get on one accord with the policy and look into new notary standards. Razuel ordered me to leave because I should just be quiet (his words). I obviously refused and called the police instead. A refund was eventually issued, however not before Razuel allowed his pride to dictate his moral code. Customers are in the business of donating funds to your business. Yes, you should be accountable for rendering services properly. read more

We were in the store twice recently. The first time, we happened to be in the area and dropped by just to get general information about shipping. The young adult woman who helped us was professional and courteous and not only answered our direct questions but gave us information that we did not realize that we needed in order to best prepare for our shipments. I am not sure, but it is possible her name was Rachel. Because of her excellent help, when it was time for us to ship our three packages, we drove past other UPS stores to come back to this one to have our items packed and shipped. The gentleman who helped us was also extremely helpful. He found a way to enclose a shipping tube to protect an art print in another box, which saved us money. One of our packages arrived, as predicted, today (the others are being shipped to another state). It was well packed and the contents well protected. I am very glad that we went out of our way to come back to this particular store. I see online that the current owner/franchisee is new to this store in just the last couple of years. I don't know if we interacted with that owner/franchisee, but I must say that the staff we worked with were outstanding. Thank you. read more

Do not ever go here. The other locations may be better. I went in to get a document notarized. Having used this location several times before I didn't expect it to take longer than 5 minutes. I was approached by the manager maybe. He was about 5'8 and spoke with an accent. When I showed him the paper he said it couldn't be notarized since the bank had already signed it. Having had a paper with my banks signature on it before I knew that I could notarize it as long as they watched me sign my name since that was what needed to be notarized. I informed him of this but before I could ask for someone else or get an explanation as to why it was different this time, he asked me did was I telling him how to do his job. I said no and called him out for being rude. He then told me to shut up which is when i definitely had a few choice words. I don't mind being wrong about the document but the sheer audacity to ask me was I telling him to do his job when it's always been one way at that store and is now different blew me away. Save yourself the trouble and go to some other shipping store or another location! read more
