All of the shirts were put in one washer and one dryer. Obviously the inside of the washer was dirty and caused the spots because the spots were not visible on any of the damp shirts before I placed them in a dryer. I spoke to the clerk and was told that she would let the manager at the main office know about the problem and he would be contacting me in two to three days. After four days and not hearing anything from the manager, I called the laundromat that I had used and was told that the manager stated that he would contact me after Mardi Gras. The following Friday with still no call from management, I again called the main office. The attendant working stated that the manager was not there but would be in the following morning and she would make sure to give him the message to call me as she was also working the next morning. I called the following day and still no return call. I will be sure to post this review on all Social Media Platforms because management does not care about it's customers and simply strings them along until they stop calling. A really sad way to run a business and will also contact the Better Business Bureau.

The manager who checked me in did not give me a ticket nor could she give me a ballpark price. After weeks of not hearing from them, I stopped by and I was given the runaround because they cannot locate my rugs. Took my information and said I would hear from the owner. Since then, I have stopped five additional times with no answers from anyone but claim they are going to make it right. It's been over a month since then and two months since I've dropped off the rugs. Keep being told the owner is going to call me. Owner has never called me and manager keeps misleading me intentionally. Their phone number does not work either. Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced!

They ruined a silk scarf, an Eileen Fisher Blouse, Sweater, Cocktail dress, Capri Pants, and a shawl. They pressed wrinkles into shirts. When I called they offered to reclean the items. That was a nice gesture, but I decided that they had already cost me a couple of thousand dollars since what they ruined had only been cleaned once before and was still basically new.
