The man that works during the week day mornings is so rude. I've seen him yell at people on three separate occasions. Awful. Go elsewhere.

My husband and I needed a notary and shipment from UPS today. We were told ALL UPS stores have a notary and then can easily use the attached label to ship the documents. Apparently not in Beaver County. The notary was working today but could not do it because it was Saturday. Come back Tuesday- because I'm off Monday. I am getting married this Saturday and needed my seating sign made as of Monday morning SO I jumped on MS publisher and created my best document (I didn't do too bad! Lol) but as good as I claim to have done Michelle tweeked some things and made it look AMAZING!!!! I put my faith in her and said I trust you and she out did herself! She also helped me with some of my smaller signs I created. I couldn't have pulled off this last minute seating sign for my wedding with out her!! Highly recommend them for printing and shipping!! If you say you're open, be open. Just watched 3 people besides myself yank on their locked front door at 630(myself), 635, 645 and 652pm. They close at 7. Every person was carrying some sort of package to the door expecting it to be open. If you want to go home at 630, then make that your closing time. read more

These small UPS stores have all been excellent in my experience. I've not been in one that hasn't had great service, product in perfect array, and the UPS rates. Also mailbox options, and an instore USPS mail box. This store will get a lot of business in the holiday season. Yep, I am a fan of these stores. f8 and be there. read more

I missed a porch pick up so I had to take items to the ups store. The driver left the package labels for me. Walking into the store it was spacious and clean. The items I was sending back were large and needed two people or more to carry them so I brought my 66 year old cousin. We struggled getting the first item in the door as you have to pull the door open from the outside, not push. There were two women behind the counter. We put the first item on their scale and said we'd be back with another and she just gave us the stink eye. An older gentleman got out of his car to open the door for us which was really nice. Brought the second larger item in and instead of offering to help she directed us where to go with it to the back of the store and we had to lift it up onto a scale. There was one other person in the store. The second lady that was at the register asked me what label was for which item. There is no way to tell except for the weight. So I searched for the weights on the label for a few minutes. Surely she could've looked at the labels and figured it out a lot faster than me. Then she made a snarky comment asking where I got one of the weights at because i read it wrong. After all of that it was fairly quick to get out but I am definitely disappointed in the lack of help from the employees. They couldn't even open the door. I'm glad I didn't go by myself! read more

I totally agree with the reply's regarding this UPS store there is a young female there that is very aggressive as a customer who was also handling a Amazon return told Her also. We did not know why we were being treated so Rude they were complaining about machine upgrades not working and they sometimes have lots of customers That's not our fault I said maybe I should take package to Staples and She told me Yes next time You should Wowww I told Her Your customer service is not good and the Guy with her said He did not feel She was rude and the customer that was behind me said Yes She is being aggressive He told me when we left I thought she was gonna hit me. SMH when this store closes We will know why. Don't be fooled by it saying 24 hours on your app. They are only open until 7pm. Way to get it wrong.

The people at this location are always polite, efficient and helpful. It's the only place I will ship my packages.

I have always received great service at this UPS Store. The quality of printing is excellent. I send my business reports and presentations via email and I receive notification when they are ready for pick up. Donna and Mike are always friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable owner (I believe) on the tech end; however, he dealt with this customer in a peremptory fashion. He surely must have thought he was still in the military and I was an underling. Very rude. Used profanity (sorry, you don't know me so well that I have to listen to your Air Force tongue.) I will never go here again. Use Staples if you need professional services of the kind offered here. Staples is two minutes away and very courteous. read more
