I visited the UPS location today around noon and was very disappointed with the service. A middle-aged woman wearing eyeglasses, possibly in her 60s, named Sarah, was extremely rude and, unfortunately, very racist toward me. She was pounding on the package she was holding while I was at the counter and insisted I had to wait to be called, even though there were no other customers in line. You could tell she was miserable and hated her job, which made her anger, unprofessional behavior, and discriminatory attitude even more unpleasant. read more

Went by the shop today and it was CLOSED for a few days after an accidental bump by a vehicle damaged the UPS' front entrance. It is closed till the damage is repaired and checked for safety. As of 14 Nov 2022 it is closed. The date it reopens is unknown. read more

I really like this UPS store. It's a nice location and has become extremely useful during the last of my increased online shopping and returns. It's super convenient to be able to drop off items that I need to return from Amazon without having to worry about packaging and shipping. It makes the return process much easier. Today I had to send a package to a friend and I opted to go with UPS. I was a bit shocked at the cost of shipping but I trust UPS and I've never had an issues. The customer service is top notch. The person I worked with today double checked the address I was sending my package to and caught a small error that I made. I'm happy with my service and I will use this store again. read more

This place deserves zero stars. The manager and employee are ignorant as can be. I called to find out where a my package was that was dropped off at their location and immediately got a attitude from the manager and her jerk employee. They basically told me they had no idea where my package was. And after reading other reviews on Google it looks like quite a few other people's packages have gone missing after being dropped off at this particular ups store. My advice is to find another location and stay away from this horrendous store. The manager needs to be fired or the owner needs to learn to get better help. read more

UPS store in Niagara Falls, NY store 2194: These folks are very friendly and polite. I had to take care of a package and got such wonderful help from Sam(?), blonde haired guy (thought I heard the blonde female coworker next to him call him Sam). This young, blonde female coworker was very nice and patiently explained to a customer that the address they wanted to send a package to did not exist in the system, so rather than take the customer's money, they should double check it. Sam and staff were a huge help in sending off my earbuds that were forgotten at my hotel. I spoke to Sam and then emailed the store and she promptly sent me a form to fill out for billing. I filled it out on my phone and sent it back and promptly got a receipt with tracking that it was sent out. Great work and good fast communication! Much appreciated! read more

Always polite, but I've had multiple issues with receiving only a part of multi-package in-store deliveries.

We live in Canada and needed to have something notarized with a US notary. I booked the appointment on-line for Sat June 25 at 11 AM. I recv'd the confirmation right away. On my booking page even asked the question about this notary and I never got a reply. On Saturday morning I even got a "don't forget about your appointment today" email. On the Saturday we arrive and walked in to our appointment to be told by the UPS rep that "the notary doesn't work on Saturdays"! When I said we had a confirmation and a reminder her reply was "well you should of called us"! WHAT??? Really?? Then another employee came from the backroom and asked what my e-mail address was, she typed it in and yes there were my 3 emails. Then she said "normally someone checks and if there is a problem they contact the customer to cancel the appointment". She then went on to say that is one of her jobs but she just came back from vacation! Then the 2 girls said it is corporate that takes care of the webpage and they need to update the web information. This store is terrible! Signed up on line for a notary at the specific store. Got an email right away. Drove across the border to the store and was told their notary doesn't work Tuesdays. That's it. Nothing else. Like no problem, you're fault for not understanding that a booked appointment doesn't mean that! read more

I place a review earlier. I was frustrated that I did not received a reply from my emails, phone calls or fax. I just found out that the owner was away on holidays. However, someone should have monitoring the emails and phone calls. The owner is nice and apologized for the situation but this is something that should be handled in the future. read more

We needed something notarized so I called this UPS store at 12::45p.m.. I was told I didn't need an appointment but we had to be there before 2:30. We got there at 1:45 only to be told  the notary "just went to lunch". We were told we could come back later. I wasted my time calling and we wasted our time and gasoline going there. Like the other reviews, I find their pricing a little on the high side. As far as the service and staff goes, I have continually found them to be of the utmost professionalism, courteous, extremely helpful and efficient. Sometimes, I just walk in the door and they instantly begin to retrieve my packages! The worst part of this operation is NO PUBLIC RESTROOM! I have a hard time believing this fact! :( read more

It's not bad but the price is prohibitively high to get a box there unless you are intending to receive a LOT of mail and parcels. This was my first experience renting a box/parcel delivery service in the States and I've since tried 2 other places that I found more affordable. I do like that you can get a key to pick up your mail any time of the day or night but otherwise I just can't see myself using them again unless their pricing became more competitive. read more

Visited store on 9/22/17 at 10:21am. Staff was extremely unprofessional and had zero customer service skills. Equipment is OLD and needed the toner to be changed and staff would not assist. When staff were asked for assistance they couldn't be bothered to help. Finally gave up and wanted to just check out - again both employees (male & female) couldn't be bothered to help. Almost walked out without paying but I waited until the male came and checked me out. He was nice enough not to charge for the flyers that did not print correctly but I will not visit this store again. read more

Store needs improving. Was a mailbox / photo copier store and turned into receiving packages for clients. No knowledge of shipping and receiving business. Store received many packages for me, always cash and no questions asked but one day received my package, returned my package on another UPS number, would or didn't know that when I went to pick it up, lied about communicating to me and acted very irresponsibly. If your package is important, find another partner to help you, there are many in Niagara Falls New York who are in business longer, better skills, better training, hold Quality certifications, cheaper and care about your business. They're ok but if you need a US shipping address. www.nyaddress only charges $1.95 per package they will hold it indefinitely. There is no monthly or annual fee. They are minutes from the border and the outlet mall. They are open 7 days a week. read more

As an American living in Canada, I have to comment! I see those guys at UPS Store once a month or so and I think they are amazing, I have had a mailbox there for 4 years now, and it is my link to home. I enjoy visiting NF and Buffalo, but I have noticed the economy has taken a bit of a dive. So...you should be thankful for the Canadians who spend money at your businesses and clog up your lines. It all filters down to YOU in some way or another. I admit, I am annoyed when I have to stand in a long line up there, but they are usually in a good mood and do whatever they can for the customer. And not being able to get a room at the last minute is inconvenient. But when I first started visiting NF 14 years ago, I remember hearing retailers comment on the lack of Canadian visitors due to the exchange rate. So, you can't have it all... Sorry for the length of the post, but I just couldn't let this one pass! read more

Would never use this UPS store again. They do not require any type of identification to pick up a package. Shipped a package there that was delivered not to the end user. These stores have no connection with the company UPS so you have no recourse if a shipment is miss delivered. Shipping anything of value through this store you are asking to be ripped off. read more
