No one welcomed me, said hi, or they'd be with me shortly or anything, which I didn't feel was very nice. I didn't know where I had to go to, there were no signs for "Returns", so I just stood around feeling stupid. There was only 1 employee taking care of customers which is definitely not enough ! It took awhile for the girl to finally come to me & within 2 minutes, I was outta there. They would get a higher review if I'd been told anything at all by someone that they'd be with me or so much as a greeting. This location is MUCH bigger than the one across from BK on Hertel & Delaware. They also definitely need more employees working to help everyone. Plenty of parking here which is great. It was quite messy & dirty inside though, which was not pleasant.

As soon as you walk in, you're greeted with a smile and a welcome. The computer rental and printing process is a breeze! There are instructions right at each station and if you get stuck, the staff is very helpful. You swipe your debit/credit card when you start and boom it's that easy, the World Wide Web is yours. I would caution people about printing personal protected information and letting it sit on the printer, anyone can pick it up. No one has a printer in this day and age and it's cool that these services exist. They also sell things like office /school supplies, snacks, and greeting cards. And you can buy packaging and ship packages here too! It's an all in one kind of place with a friendly face.

I didn't print the labels because previously Amazon sent QR codes that could be scanned At ups off of the phone and labels are printed. Quick, easy, convenient. It's been standard for over 2 years when I've done returns. When I checked my email At ups, I found it wasn't a QR code, but a shipping label. I asked about getting it scanned and the label printed. The response was: "You can email us at x1234@something.com, we can then print and we will charge you $2." This was the only offered solution. A process that was harder and costlier. Then I was stared at. I asked why the change and got a shrug. It was about an 70lb or so item, but I carried it back home and printed out the labels. Yes I could have saved myself the headache if I hadn't assumed that the past method I've used many times was still active, but the point is that this response was frustrating and it shouldn't cost me $2 to print a label that ups would have had to print if I'd just had them come to pick it up at my house (an option a available that I didn't do because ups consistently fails to pick up and ignores my package and just drops off labels.) My frustration is with ups in general, but also the complete lack of caring from the individuals at this location. It left me wondering if the information was even accurate. Communication and customer service isn't just about the information, but also how the information is delivered. Additionally they stood around and ignored me when I first walked in, no greeting or acknowledgment and I had to grab their attention for service in the first place. They're more than happy to leave you holding/balancing heavy items while they talk to you. This is an after thought because this is a norm for this location and I didn't even think about it until writing the review.

They called me back immediately after I sent a request for an estimate. These guys are very personable and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. They were very patient and understand my stress moving to a new city. After setting a date and time, they called a couple of times to re-confirm and always kept in contact with me. Although they arrived late due to the truck not being available on time (and because they are coming from Buffalo), they called me to let me know their ETA. They treated my belongings as their own. Jade was so kind to double wrap my medical degree when he realized that it did not have enough protection before placing in the truck. Scott and Jade work very well together and did an efficient and speedy job getting my two bedroom worth of belongings into the truck. They then drove to Pittsburgh same day and unpacked my things into the rooms designated. They had a grueling day which did not finish until 9 pm in Pittsburgh but they were professional and always had a positive attitude. I very much enjoyed having them moving my belongings, and I am very pleased with their work. I have endorsed them to other colleagues of mine who are looking for movers, and one of them hired Scott and Jade for later in the week.
