Dropped off and paid for 2 large items to be wrapped and shipped on Monday, 6/14/21. Was told it would be done and shipped, arriving at its destination on Thursday 6/17/21. No update provided on tracking number. Stopped in to the store on Saturday, 6/19/21 to find out what was going on. My package had not yet be wrapped or shipped. I was told it would be done on Monday 6/21/21. Today is the 21st and it still has not shipped. I paid close to $500 for these items to be packaged and shipped in a timely manner. This is unacceptable and poor business practices. Stay away from this place! read more

The worst UPS store I've ever dealt with. I hate writing negative reviews but it's almost like this location works hard on making your experience negative. I paid $10 or so, to UPS through the app- to have a package rerouted and delivered to this location due to conflict with delivery. I received the confirmation of delivery and when I arrived at the UPS STORE, I was met with a very rude staff who couldn't find my package and while speaking amongst themselves about "this ALSO happening yesterday" they decided to go with the excuse that the package was never delivered and UPS was incorrect with their delivery confirmation. Keep in mind, the app is very detailed- it says the time of delivery and name of person that received it. The package was delivered the day before, 40 minutes before closing and the staff claims it was impossible for this to be accurate because they do not accept packages at that time. Their arrogant attitude that accompanied the message was laughable. Btw- the manager was part of the group and the problem. The worst part of this disastrous scenario is that my package is "lost" and it was a personalized momento in honor of a family member that passed away and it was supposed to arrive prior to the anniversary of their passing. This never happened and I know have to go through a claim and investigation with UPS. Ridiculous and extremely frustrating. This location should be closed. read more

BY FAR THE WORST UPS STORE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! The staff is never on time in the morning, there's usually a line waiting in the morning outside. The staff is slow and does not give you good customer service, they seem tired and drained. They need to hire more energetic, faster moving people. read more

Of the two times I've come to ups, the service has been impeccable. I am impressed with the customer service especially in north miami. Both times I came last minute and unprepared but the staff was always quick to help me, even finding an address for me. George and his manager took me a minute before closing and assured me everything would be fine even when I offered to go back another day. My local UPS. Charging 50 cents per copy is an insult to the community. The business owners should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. If you need to charge 5x the going rate to rip people off to pay your employees , maybe you should consider another business. You're a minute away from the highway, in Miami Gardens...you're not in aventura. Even the aventura Fedex charges $.10 a copy. Reconsider the fact that you're going to lose my shipping business (and you charge stupid prices) because of the sheer audacity you'd have to charge someone $20 to place 40 sheets of papers into your copier. read more

What's the point of having set hours of operation of the business doesn't abide by them? I showed up to UPS at 8:35 am and the entire store was completely gated without a soul in site. If doors are supposed to open at 8:30 am, then your staff should be there at minimum 15 minutes proper to ensure it's ready for your customers. Listen, I get shit happens. I waited 10 minutes and still no one in sight. Let alone it would have taken them at least another 10-15 to open the shop once they did decide to show up. What was supposed to be an easy (5minute max) stop at a "quick service" shop was the complete opposite. I drove PAST my work to another store in Aventura which was open and graciously welcomed by business. Sorry, you've lost what would have been a frequent customer. You snooze you loose. The service is Mediocre here not to mention they are speaking Spanish and making jokes directly in front of customers ,which is rather rude. I speak Spanish myself but it's no excuse for unprofessionalism. I must add that whenever your package arrives from UPS they never alert you, you need to follow up yourself to see if your package arrives. Often times the employees are lost and would tell you that your package is not there when your tracking number reads the opposite. Total waste! read more

Was happy to finally find an open ups store location on Dec 23rd. The place was kinda tense cause it was moving slow since there was only one employee, Milena, and everyone was busy with holiday errands, but she was patient with everyone, explained things clearly, and made sure to not get stuck. When we couldn't find our att number to return our modem, she kindly told us to figure it out on the side and took the next person. Overall the place was only 3 stars, but i gave an extra star because of the good customer service, even if it did appear understaffed. read more

As I stated below, the owners seem to really care about the business, but it's often hard to find employees that can have the same passion and care. Managers should always feel empowered to rectify a customer issue, but I seem to only get things handled at the Owner level. I have access to my mail anytime I want and also have great people there to notify me of any special deliveries throughout the day. Jack and the staff there really are great folks.
