First, I should say that I've been using DAX for well over 10 years. Never a problem, always solutions. I say this because my ability to make my own artwork is shameful at times. When this happens, they don't print! They call me and work with me to solve issues. THEN they print. I get great printing on time and at great prices. (I don't recall ever having to pay extra for rush service, which I have often been guilty of needing.) Second, they have now got one better. As I just heard over phone, they made me look really good in front of others. Weeks ago, knowing that I had moved from South FL to the Orlando area, a dear friend in PA called to see if I could help a neighbor of his. This gentleman was in Orlando for a trade show, learning upon arrival that all the printed material for his booth was lost in transit. I suggested he called DAX for replacements...and never heard about it until now. What I just learned from my friend did not surprise me. DAX had delivered tons of flyers and stuff by the following day and did so at a better price that the original supplier. Kudos to DAX...while I gloat about it. (Sorry if it is long, I don't use AI, LOL.)

This FED EX location in Sunrise offers an array of packing items and printing stations. The staff greets you upon entry and are very friendly and helpful while scanning your packages. Sometimes its busy but today was quiet. Parking is tight due to many restaurants and the Starbucks next door, but they do provide two private parking spaces for FED EX drop off. The value of the packing items are reasonable. The store is very spacious and clean. Will return for sure.

"Jenny," a plain-clothes worker at this location, apparently has a tenous grasp of policy and procedure related to FedEx and her role. She posited that a prepaid package prepared by a vendor contracted with FedEx to manage shipping and returns was not labeled or package appropriately, so she wouldn't accept the package. The package was sealed in a Fedex mailer and shipping label was inserted into the plastic window on the envelope as instructed by the vendor. I expressed to Jenny that this has never been an issue and the exact packaging has been used multiple times with no issues at other locations. She was resolute in her poor judgement about the labeling. So the only variable detected is this store's poor performance, or Jenny. Either way, both are disappointing. I left the store, and placed the mailer in a Fedex dropbox at another location. It has been delivered without issue. Later, I called the vendor and relayed to them what Jenny said about the package's labeling. They were flummoxed, and said this has never happened and their packaging is approved by their FedEx contract rep. The vendor was so taken aback, they offered to pay to have a Fedex driver come pick up the package from my home instead. I imagine Jenny and this location would benefit from feedback related to "work avoidance" and developing critical thinking skills. What an abysmal experience.

My wife had about 47 ideas flying around in her head, I had confusion written all over my face, and somehow we expected miracles to happen. Then enters Kimarrah the customer service superhero we didn't know we needed. This young lady listened patiently while my wife explained her vision, her ideas, her well maybe this no wait maybe THAT moments, and somehow Kimarrah turned all that creative chaos into reality. I was honestly impressed because I would've needed aspirin halfway through the conversation. She was professional, calm, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure everything came out exactly right. In a world where people are quick to leave bad reviews after one rough moment, I have to say the experience we had was the complete opposite. So I went to the weston office that was closest to me. Well, at first the price quoted was so expensive (overnight to CA almost $300!) that was nowhere near the prices I had seen online. So I told them this, and they searched for other options, I ended with a land (5-day) driven delivery for $84 that included the insurance and signature. So I was expecting to pay this for a 2-day service so that's why I left doubting that I got the most knowledgeable service, even though it looked like they were trying... oh well!
