At the moment I am devastated. I took a bowl that was my mother's to send my daughter to UPS to have them professionally pack it as I felt they would do a much better job than myself. Sadly, I was wrong. I stressed to the UPS representative that this was an irreplaceable bowl as my mother was no longer here and that my daughter wanted it, I said over and over that I could not replace it so please pack it good I paid almost $100. My daughter received the bowl today in 1 million pieces. It was not wrapped very well. There was no support on any parts of the box bowl was wrapped in bubble wrap very flimsy, I am going to go to the store tomorrow and I hope they have good faith to return my hundred dollars because they've ruined my day. I used this store many times, but I will never use them again. read more

Nobody who works in this store knows any thing about customer service. While I was waiting for 10 minutes, with 4 employees who pretend to work. and then when it is next to my turn in line, they allow a pushy women behind me to cut in front of me and another gentleman. Employees allow it to happen and all had blank stares when I asked them why they waited on her before 2 other customers. By the way, not the usual friendly crew behind the counter. read more

I use ups to handle all my Amazon returns... it's quick, easy and always a positive experience. When shopping other items for bulk packages, they have the shipping envelopes etc that I need. Employees are always helping cut cost and compare shipping options. read more

The one gentleman with the dark hair (maybe the owner) is very rude, condescending and not helpful... well he gets the job done but not without making you feel like an idiot. I suggest anyone contacting this store location to immediately report the manager Luis Delgado at this UPS Store to executive management of UPS for misinforming customers and providing highly excessive price quotes on 8 oz envelope to be mailed to Europe, when USPS costs $25, Luis quotes me over $200 cost to mail a small gift envelope that weighs 8 oz to Europe!? Luis is incompetent and does not know the international shipping rates quoted on the UPS website! read more

I went in for a simple notarizing. The man who helped me was not only condescending and slightly rude, but not appreciative of the business either. Plenty of notaries around. Save yourself the lecture and go somewhere else. And as a sidenote, the response I received from the store management was obviously meant for someone else. My issue was not a foreign language barrier or them not not notarizing my form. I got the form notarized, I just found their notary to be rude. read more

I entered the UPS store to mail a package and was pleasantly greeted by a woman who said she could help me. It was incredibly obvious she had no training and was not professional at all. I have been to the UPS store many times and always treated well as well as been assisted with knowledgeable individuals. She openly admitted she could not read a shipping label! She continued to nervously laugh about everything she did not know and make jokes. It was absolutely the most unprofessional experience when mailing a package! I called back to complain to the manager and was told the UPS store doesn't even have a manager! I doubt seriously if I will ever use this particular UPS store again! I used this store for the first time and my experience was more than great! I had a fragile large item shipped to Utah and it arrived safely. The packaging of the item was the best. This store has been great to us their sister store and competitor FedEx a few blocks away and across the street is horrible horrible horrible. These guys are always friendly courteous they know the business of shipping. One day I needed a whole roll of bubble wrap they were able to sell it to me off of their shelf. I need a ton of popcorn they sell me your hole I guess maybe 2 or 3 pounds of popcorn. So I love going in here there never stacked and packed. And the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable that we do the majority of our shipping through this story is set of the FedEx store a few blocks away. read more
