Disappointed . Had been using frequently for various services and was quite please. lwent to ship in a USPS flat rate box and they werent charging the same price as PO, said they didn't see the price I had in their system. I was already there so proceeded to let them talk me into Fedex. Fast fwd the package was stolen. I understand that the insurance say only when in the care of FedE, however the driver was new as he self procl and did not deliver the package inside the lobby as he is supposed to. He left it on the sidewalk. I would have at least appreciated a FedEx case number so that we could have followed up a d fought this out ourselves. I should have gone directly to the post office and paid the leas than $30 fee for the large flat rate. The mailman has to deliver inside the lobby. They never followed up with us. Im giving 2 stars because they were always friendly until I needed them to actually care. Great for printing etc, go directly to PO or Fedex so you can handle your own issues if they arise read more

I went to the West Palm Beach USPS office on Okeechobee just today and had two pieces to mail out. Robert was very courteous from the moment I walked in the door. I was very disheveled and was in the middle of trying to prepare a parcel of liquid I had and he promptly weighed and handled my mail. Valerie came out and helped me to process my parcel and preparing both piece of mail I had with efficacy, while explaining to me the process and giving me a tracking number. By far the best and quickest service! I was looking for a spot to drop off a package without taking up my whole afternoon and I found the perfect place.
