The clerk I encountered wasn't. On a personal note: I can't help how I look! Tired of getting the bias. Going back to Seattle is looking better & better. And Seattle isn't friendly but better than here in West Palm Beach. Avoid this branch. Treatment = Bad & I didn't deserve to be treated in such a impatient, cold, hostile way. What a day!

Most of them for very simple things like didnt have tape on their package or asked where the passport area is. Rule of thumb is to make sure your packages are taped because apparently it's extremely offensive for them to use their own tape. Like I've never heard of such thing.... Today was the day of my second appointment. Again they called less than 2 hours before and cancelled after we had already taken time off work. They are open Friday up until the evening so there's no reason the trash should have been this full in less than one full day. It is shameful, this is a federal building and even though people that utilize it tried to do the right thing by throwing things away and their proper receptacles, they couldn't. Either put more bins in the building or clean the trash out on Friday evening.
