Not only does their phone service drop calls, after 5x times they finally answered, but they are not knowledgable enough to figure proper addresses out, its the seasonal workers. I live in a house that has multiple rooms, all packages regardless get left at the door. Yet they insist on me putting my room number, and have returned packages due to that. What a waste of service and time just because some ignoramus doesnt think, i have filed a complaint. They resolved the issue but what a headache! read more

Customer service here is extremely friendly and quick. The store is well stocked and very clean and tidy. I came in to print and scan some items and it cost a grand total of $.80! I was in and out. read more

I have been nothing less than impressed by the professionalism of the staff at the store. Not only do I drop things off to mail and ship things overnight but they also helped me design and create banners and signs that I needed for a special project and they did not stop until I was satisfied with the results. The lady who helped pull our bacon out of the pan this afternoon was awesome! I was able to send her a .doc file which she resized to print and then after we signed it, she scanned it as a pdf. From start to finish, we were ready to roll in less than five minutes and she did this all for a walk-in customer from out of town! We have found Nebraskans to be amazingly friendly people and helpful to a fault and the staff at the local UPS Store did nothing to dissuade us from our ongoing vacation crush on Nebraskans. I drove 100+ miles today to drop off a package at The UPS Store. But when I arrived, it was all locked up. The business hours posted on the door and web site showed it should have been open, but it wasn't. (It also wasn't a holiday.). They just weren't open when they said they were going to be. read more
