Not a fan. This is one of those locations that I was glad it was light out. The USPS is in the very back of an industrial park. Not at all handy for patrons to access although I am sure the real estate is cheaper back there. When I was there no one else was around and I think the location speaks to that fact. I think I will be leaving my letters in a local drop box, especially since daily pick up is not until almost closing time. Urg! read more

I have had medical supplies sitting at this post office for 4 days that I need and they still have not shipped them out to Scottsbluff where Iive. I have tried calling today in total 10 times and pressed different buttons for different departments more than once and no one answers the phone!!!! I know this time of year things get busy but this is insane! Send out my supplies!!!! read more

My packages sit here for days before being forwarded to Scottsbluff, if they don't send my package back to Omaha like they've done several times. You can't get through to anybody on the phone. Yet the post office keeps raising prices for horrible service. The Pony Express could deliver my packages faster than these guys. They simply don't care about their customers, and they get away with this terrible service too. This is the only job I know of where you don't have to do your job right and still get paid. Is this location open? Says on maps no. 800 number says there's no updates - so yes. However I called a million times and no one answers.

Good clean place. Have covid awareness guidelines in place. My husband and I have never had a issue sense we moved.
