Very warm and welcoming, Infinity Printing gives good rates on photo framing, project design, event invitations, and everything else that you need made into paper. There's a bowl of candy on the desk, and a big friendly dog wandering around the presses in the back, looking bored and keeping quiet. Orders are completed quickly and time estimates are reasonable. They also do T-shirt printing, for when you either need lame shirts for some business fundraiser or you're just planning on infringing on the rights of your favorite Calvin and Hobbs comic strip. Employees always try to explain the process of things, and demonstrate different options to ensure that you'll be happy with the end results. Affordable and high quality, it's the print shop that would have existed through the generations, had people needed these kind of services more than 20 years ago.

I forget the name of the woman but she gave me a quote on the spot and asked me all the right questions, and then when I emailed her my photo she emailed me a sample the same day. I asked for a few fonts they didn't have, so I went in and she patiently ran through all of them with me and showed me what they looked like. When I woke up an hour later and realized what had happened, I called and the person I spoke with was very helpful and understanding. They called a taxi and were able to get it back to me within 20 minutes. The price was also quite reasonable, comparable to the subsidized rush printing service offered at my university. I can not stress how incompetent FedEx employees are. I was at home the entire day waiting for my…read morepackage. The FedEx employee parked right in front of my home and I saw him. He didn't leave his vehicle or anything. I thought he must be busy or something so I decided to wait for him to ring my door bell. Guess what, he drove away and an hour later I get a message saying tempted delivery and "Customer Not Available or Business Closed Recommended action: Delivery will be re-attempted the next business day" WTF. I was really upset. I called FedEx right away. I told her to add a note and she promised that it won't happen again. So Amazon worker are able to find the house. Canada Post is able to find the house. UPS is able to find the house. DHL is able to find the house. But not FedEx. Wow! and he parked right in front too. It was told it would be delivered on Tuesday but here i am told the package is delayed cause I'm not home . Its Friday now and iv been home for 4 days straight waiting for them to call the buzzer. Each day they dont bother coming up to the buzzer or call. Instead everyday they tell me the driver rang the buzzer thou we have a camera as well as a log of who buzzes us at home . What kind of delivery service are they even running here in canada . Should be ashamed when they charge so much and dont even want to make an effort to rectify the situation . The worst and stay away . I would give them a zero if i could .
