I love this parcel receiving service! The owner must have a photographic memory because she knows exactly where my parcels are every time and often has them ready for me as soon as I come in! Having used other services where my parcels have been misplaced, pic it up is my go to from now on! These guys are the absolute best. When the boarders were shut they held all of our packages the entire year or so without complain. Always a friendly face and never a complaint about how large or small the packages are. I don't agree with nocking stars off because of a small price hike. If $1 more per package is needed to pay the increased costs of heating and doing business then they have my full support. Lets keep these guys in business, they are worth it. read more

Rick and his staff ought to become case studies in business schools on how to deliver great customer service. They care. Out of the countless times I've used their service, I did have a problem once. Rick searched and searched but couldn't find my package. So he called in his assistant Crystal to help look. Still no luck. Finally the package was located (it had not only slipped behind a shelf, but into another bin) So they didn't charge me, and profusely apologized. Any customer who can't see the value in folks who bend over backwards and take owne rship of problems when things go wrong is a fool. These folks are friendly, funny, and take the time to learn your name which is just insane commitment. I've even saw a customer order three, huge oversized items on two pallets (normally $15 for pallet items). Rick charged him $9, his normal rate. I asked why he didn't insist on the $30 it normally would have cost. "It's all good", shrugged it off, and went right back to fetching other customer's items. Amazing. Edit: Friday January 19, 2018 Knocked a couple of stars off the rating as they have been getting much slower as of late. Lineups are common now. The price also went up from $3 to $4, a 25% price hike. Doesn't seem like much until you're picking up 3 packages that used to cost $9 will now cost $12. So they're still A-OK, but not the 5-stars they used to be. read more

I've been using them for just over a year and have nothing but good things to say about them. No memberships or yearly fees, just pay when you pickup. $3 a package so the price is right. Package was delivered by UPS. Store cannot find the package and is not returning our phone calls or emails. Very poor customer service.
