I was providing them the card stock to print on and was cutting them myself.... They quoted me at $253! I was blown away by the price but had no choice. They told me it would be ready the day after they quoted me, and it wasn't. Told me they would rush the order which I did not want, esp since I'm paying that price. I went in the day after and they said they ran out of my paper, and used whatever they had on file. Due to that they dropped the price to $200. I go home, and two signs are not printed properly, and there are a few pages of smeared ink. Now I am unable to use these items and am disappointed. I was hoping I can use them for my wedding invitations but I will have to start looking somewhere else.

I simply needed to pick up a poster board and was stuck waiting behind people needing help printing, people sending packages etc. Where is your system for efficacy?
