I come here quite often as it's the closest UPS store in my area. Truth be told, this is where I handle most of my Amazon returns lol The staff is very friendly and generally there isn't much of a wait. Sometimes I'll need to print out a return label which they charge me a couple bucks for...it's annoying but I get it. Poor staffing. Despite having multiple employees in the store, only one of them assists customers. The person up front will ask the others for help, but they'll just ignore them and keep doing whatever they're doing in the back. It should not take 25 minutes to return an Amazon package when it's a 2-minute process. read more

I went to ship something this morning. There was one person being helped when I arrived . I was told the girl would be right with me. About 5 mins later a woman walked in and went to her mailbox to get her mail. The clerk proceeded to talk to the said woman complaining about working a long shift and being short staffed because " the girl with the black hair called in saying she was going to be 3 hours late" the clerk proceeded to go through a stack of packages to find the woman's delivery all while I was still waiting to be helped. When she finally did help me she was rude and told me they only have next day delivery and would cost $12.00 to ship. I explained I did not care how long the package took to arrive at its destination. I wound up walking out. Went to the post office where they are always pleasant and was charged $3.66 to ship. I will not use this Ups store again I will go out of my way to use one that takes customers in order of arrival read more

ups east northport is amazing i am a ebay power seller and i only use the east northport store sara is great always very very knowelable about the best way to do a project the other staffers are also amazing. over time i have sent things to ukrane the uk all over the globe safely. they pack like you are buying a rare item from sothebys. very good service always. great value much recommeded. you might save a few bucks at the us post office but good luck with your item not getting messed up or lost. read more

Very convenient location. I sent eight packages out. The items were highly valuable. Two got lost and one was damaged in shipment. The manager and staff are very friendly and accommodating. I received a refund for the items, but I had higher expectations. The store is clean and well lit. Much nicer than dealing with USPS. Ample parking. read more

Unprofessional! I needed to print one page. The girl said "oh you can just send it to our email, she (a colleague) is using the computer." Great so far, until she charges $3.40 for one page printout. "Oh there's an extra fee if you send it to our email" Don't care about the $3.40 but maybe you should have mentioned it! read more
