    I've been here a time or two just to drop something off for a return. Never had any issues before…read more There is a petite Indian (I believe?) young lady who works there that is just a sweetheart. My apologies if that's not her ethnicity, but I didn't catch her name the last time I dropped off a package. She's a doll though. However, today... i had a less than acceptable experience. There was one man in front of me when a chunky, red-headed Karen behind the counter snapped her fingers at me like I was a dog or a child or like I wasn't paying attention. Not a great way to treat customers, especially right off the bat. Who snaps their fingers at a customer?! I walked up to the counter with three packages and pulled my phone out so I could get all three QR codes ready for each corresponding package. I had BARELY pulled up one QR code and was reviewing it for a whopping two seconds when redheaded Karen pointed her scanner at it and scanned the QR code upside down before I even had a chance to turn my phone around!!! Whoa, what the hell?! WHO DOES THAT?! I explained to her that I wasn't ready to show her the QR code yet bc I was verifying that it was right code with the right package. Then she snapped at me for taking a whole two seconds to verify my returns and even argued with me about it! How very unprofessional and extremely rude. Then she gave me attitude about another package that wasn't in a box (which didn't require one). Karen was out of control, impatient, snarky and in dire need of an attitude adjustment. She looked like she was about 40 but she acted like a spoiled teenager who didn't get her way. Snapping her fingers at customers. Being combative and argumentative for no real reason other than just to be combative and argumentative. You don't treat customers like that. You don't treat ANYONE like that. Completely inexcusable. If you go to this location, avoid chunky redheaded Karen or go to another location where they don't treat you like this.

    I have had the pleasure of using this location about weekly for the past couple of months and it…read moreseems that no matter what time I came in, Krystal and Alex were working. I also noticed a trend that people seem to show up by the masses and then leave all at the same time. As I left, Alex wished me a nice day and began cleaning counters. As I sit in my car and write this review, Krystal is currently cleaning the windows, because no patrons are inside. There are certain character traits of employees that you cannot train. You cannot train someone to care as if they own the business. These two individuals exemplify that X Factor. There are so many unknowns when coming to a UPS store. You have no idea how much something is going to cost or how long it is going to take to get there. What you do know, is that you've already paid for an item with your hard earned money, and now you're adding to that cost to get it to where it needs to be. Having individuals review all the options with you patiently allows you to make a good decision and feel comfortable. Your item is in good hands and will arrive timely to the destination. I want to close with my appreciation for how speedily they do their job. You do not feel rushed with your decision making however, somehow they get through a line of people so quickly it's impressive. Thanks!
