The door was held for me upon arrival! Was pleasantly greeted and quickly assisted with a Amazon return. Found out that I had checked the wrong box on my Amazon return and it needed packaging. The individual at the counter was awesome in that she offered me the quickest and easiest way to literally wrap it up. The store offers, mailboxes, packaging, and basically any supplies you might need to take home for shipping needs. Highly recommend this location. read more

It's a UPS store so I'm not sure what else you're expecting. The parking sucks here with few options and a lot of potholes in the area. I've never done anything else drop off prepaid packages or Amazon returns so beyond that I can't comment to stuff. I know UPS is expensive and if given the change I'd use USPS for shipping. I wish they had automatic doors or buttons to open them though. The doors are a pain to get open while carrying a bunch of stuff. Very often busy, but they move quickly. Better than most locations. read more

It may be the best rated UPS in the area but Justin Hecox, the owner, needs mentoring in business management and customer interaction. I own multiple businesses and travel for work almost 75% of the time. I rely heavily on businesses like UPS. When i arrived to Omaha i called this USP to talk with them about their policy for counter holds and pickups. I wasnt sure how long id be in town. In 5 weeks i received two packages. The customer service was great. When i learned id be staying longer (about week 6) i called to inquire about renting a box. I let them know id be in to do that. I also needed color printing and notaries. I had a letter and a shipment coming from Europe just as i had to go out of town. My DHL text said it was delivered. When i arrived at UPS my package wasnt there, yet. I misread the message. The young man told me to call back in about an hour or two to see if it came before i pulled out of town. I took a business card and called. Justin, the owner answered. I politely asked if my package had come. He said "why would i be getting a package here for you if you dont have a box here?" Not knowing who i was talking to, I said its a service you offer that I pay for as im only here temporarily. He went back and forth with me a few times getting more and more unprofessional to the point i asked who he was. He said he was the owner. I was shocked to be spoken to the way he had spoken to me and i let him know it was uncalled for. Id never been disrespected at a UPS, especially as a paying customer. He left me very concerned when he told me "dont EVER do that again!!" Meaning dont ever use his UPS for counter hold mail. He scolded me like a school kid. I reminded him its a service he offers that i happily paid for. He said "yeah? Well, not anymore!" Concerned I asked "are you going to hold on to my mail or return it?" He did say he would hold it and he did. I picked it up a week later. I wrote a letter to the Attorney Generals office as well as UPS. As a business owner and customer im appalled. Simple question on passports and how to renew them. Zero help and they couldn't get me out of there fast enough. One kid wanted to help but didn't know as he seemed newer, and the other guy basically said we don't do it go somewhere else. Didn't want to help out what so ever. He said past owner did it, not us. The girl then said we don't do it here as so we wouldn't know. Just wondered a simple question on taking pictures, what paperwork may be needed etc and not the rude comments. It's gone downhill over the last year or two. read more

This UPS Store is very friendly and welcoming even if you are just dropping off a Zappos package. They proactively offer a shipping confirmation receipt so you have proof the package is in the system. The store is spotlessly clean and well-organized. I drive miles out of my way to us this store and would definitely recommend them for shipping needs. read more

3 guys standing around at the counter doing nothing, and a lady comes up struggling with a heavy package. Do they move from behind the counter to help or even open the door? Nope. Customer service fail. One even started grinning watching her try to open the door while wrestling the large box. Absolutely unacceptable, especially for a package company. read more

I don't ship things very often and had to return something I ordered online, so didn't 100% know what I was doing. Justin at this location was super friendly and helped me out from covering up the old shipping labels so I could ship it in the same package it came in to even taping up the package for me. I attempted to have my wedding programs printed here. After an hour of waiting, the programs came out printed upside down and was told the printer ate a good portion of the specific card stock I had bought. The owner called me and offered to reimburse me for the lost paper. In an effort to take the high road, I had them print them with the paper I was reimbursed for rather than taking them somewhere else. When I asked for the remaining paper, I was told the manager told the employees not to give me the remaining paper because "they had paid for it." Is this the way you run a business? I think not. I have had 2 bad experiences with the staff at this location. Recently had a UPS package delivered to my home that did not belong to me. Rather than sit on the phone for over 15 minutes waiting for someone to pick up so that I could report the package, I took it to this location. I was told there is nothing they can do since they are an independent business. And that if I didn't want to wait on the phone to report the package and have a driver come pick up from my home, I should have thrown it away. I said, you have a driver that comes to this location, can't you simply tell the driver the package needs to be returned to sender? The staff kept shaking their head at me and repeating the package is going to end up right back at your house. I said, can't you cross my information off, write return to sender for the driver that comes to your store daily? Again, they said you should have thrown it away. I can't believe that is a satisfactory response!! Today, the package ended up at my house again. I flagged down the driver and he simply crossed out my info, wrote "return to sender" and took the package. Why couldn't the staff at this store have done that? They were more interested in arguing with me and proving the package would come back to my house. I told them even if they are independently owned they should still "represent" UPS. I feel for the people waiting on that package. This staff clearly doesn't care about delivery. I will never give them my business. read more
