I have had packages that they sat on for a month because they never put a notice in my box to alert me that I hadone behind the counter and have had packages that tracking shows they were delivered but owner could never find and all he would do is shrug his shoulders and say "I don't know." Never an apology or anything. Have always paid for 6 months at a time for box rental and suddenly this last time with no warning it was increased to a full year. This is our local FedEx office now and we love them!…read more We host a pub quiz so we do a lot of printing of quiz sheets, visual keys, etc - and they always come through with great quality prints. They've even been calling me when my print job is done so I know I can come grab it (I live one minute away, so I do appreciate that). This location has a lot of project stations where you can get things copied, blown up, or design a poster/banner/anything at their computer station and have it printed right there. We've also done some shipments through them, and they've helped with the packaging and insurance and everything, to make sure our items got there safe and sound! I'm usually not a big fan of FedEx as a delivery service, in general, as I've had quite a few issues with deliveries I've received from them. But this FedEx as a location is the exception to the rule, as the staff is kind and helpful, the store is clean and organized, and the printed products are excellent!

Came across one of their drivers on the road and watched them drive a freight truck like it was a…read moresports car. At one point the driver entered a turn-only lane and then drove straight through the intersection towards oncoming traffic to cut me off. This was around 68th and Blondo where it turns into a RESIDENTIAL area and is also right by a school! Any items on that truck were definitely being thrown around with the way the driver was gunning the gas pedal at every opportunity. If their drivers are actively ignoring the laws of the road and putting other drivers in danger, I wouldn't trust them with my business.

They knew right away what to do and I was in there for probably less than 30 seconds. I was given a receipt and received one in my email as well. I love that kind of hassle free errand!
