    The UPS lady who delivers to my apartment complex in Phoenix Arizona

    I live in Phoenix Arizona. Last month and this month had issues person delivered it to wrong address. I had issues with this female delivery now for quite some time. She has gotten very rude with me buy telling me to get off elevator and use the stairs despite me being in a wheelchair. She has even mumbled I don't have to deliver to a retarded girl. She is rude and shouldn't be working for UPS.

    Really bad customer service, first issue they inform my address wasn't correct which it was and when I call customer service they inform address was good and my package could be pick that same day that had to wait for a call to pick which I never receive call again and then they inform the office was closed but I should get a call the following day and my package will be deliver on the day they call me by 1pm. I receive an email and it inform I was going to pick up which they inform it was going to be deliver call 5 times and they keep telling me my package was going to be deliver others where you going to pick up your package and I need my package because it's from work and very import now I can eve finish my work and they don't even know where my package is. Really rude and bad customer service, and they don't even care!!!!

After calling MANY shippers and almost giving up - C and F popped up and my prayers were answered! Brad Hermanns made the negotiations for pricing seamless, affordable, do-able! What a professional! Emails and calls answered promptly! We dropped our "treasure" off at the warehouse where Avery and Gabe took great care us! The packaging of our item was exceptional! Absolutely exceptional! They KNEW how much we treasured our item and packaged it accordingly (included in the cost). Next Rhonda stepped in - making payment and tracking go seamlessly! What fun to see our treasure move across the country and arrive in perfect condition, and ON TIME! Highly highly highly recommend them and are tremendously thankful for the joy they made possible for our family!

    I used Craters & Freighters in Phoenix to ship a set of dishes among 12 boxes. The boxes with the…read moredishes were clearly marked fragile. Unfortunately half of them arrived broken. While the boxes where under the responsibility of Craters & Freighters, they were repacked unprofessionally by their subcontracted DHL which led to 1/2 of the dished arriving broken at the destination. I was expecting professional care and responsibility while my boxes where under their care. When I raised the issue, I found their contract places strict limits on liability, making it difficult to recover the actual value of the items. While the staff were responsive during booking, the outcome was disappointing. I would caution others to read the fine print carefully before using their services, especially if shipping fragile items.
