These are very different things but not according to USPS. Anywho, I needed to return some shoes, & the vendor selected USPS as the method of return. Of course, I obliged. I came to this location because of how convenient it was. It was so small inside, I knew I was in love. Silly, I know but hear me out. When it's small, it generally means the customer service is going to be phenomenal & this is the type of place that they will get to know you OR, it's going to be so horrible you drive out of your way to avoid it. Luckily, it was the former. So pleasant & lovely. In & out. If I had to use USPS again, this is where I would come.

This place has lost 3 of my packages and said well we don't know where here at check your POB. My box only had a slip and they still couldn't find them. They were very friendly which was nice. The lady that assisted my children made sure we didn't have any questions or concerns before we left. She was very nice and interactive with the kids as they were getting a little antsy.

While our new postal carrier was unwilling and or unable to provide a solution, I reached out to the post office on 59th Ave. and Brittany was able to address the issue. She came out within a half an hour of our phone call to find the package was put in our neighbor's Mailbox which we obviously did not have access to. She personally delivered the package to our front door to say hello with the package in hand. Her customer service and friendly smile was exceptional.
