    I had a terrible experience with this company and with their customer service staff…read more I am a graduate student and ordered 500 business cards in November. They arrived in January. I expected some time between ordering and delivery but two months is kind of pushing it to the extreme. But that is not my major issue. When the cards arrive they had what I approved in the proof AND the words "Title 2" and "Title 3" printed underneath my name. I opened the box to see if this was a misprint on the displayed card, however it was on all 500 cards. I called the customer service line and a woman named Donna told me the electronic error that occured (the system timed out and it added the text back that I deleted) but offered no sort of solution on how to fix the misprinted cards. Her advice was basically, put in the order again. I asked if I could be charged again and she said, "yes!" My response was, "why would I use this service again when you messed up the job the first time?" She did not respond. If this error happens enough for you to be able to tell me how it happened I feel as if the website should be tweaked or add a final proof step at the end after you enter your card information. Donna said that the proof is saved as a PDF and goes to print without any sort of quality assurance. My school recommended this service to me and my Fellowship students so I asked if they had any input on how to deal with the misprinted cards. They had previously worked with the company so I thought it would be good to ask them to call on my behalf. They called and a man named Joe was extremely rude. He attempted to insult my intelligence by blaming user error and was yelling at the end of the call. This service needs to re-train their customer service staff (or just hirer nicer people), revisit their quality assurance process and think about how small things become big things.

It means I am amateurish at best at layout/design, but Joe in customer service, as well as the art department, do a great job at having my back and pointing out anything that needs attention. Quality is exceptional. There's always a few people out on the loading dock lending a hand. Absolutely love working with this company, I definitely recommend!

    Nice place and good products. Have used their services since around 1995. Most projects they…read moreperform without any issues. Recently though I had one of two entrance signs made to see if the product would work. It did and to my delight it looked real nice. I went back to order the second sign which has a different design. I said use the same dimensions for the acrylic and remember it is in a frame. This sign took a longer time to get made. When I did get in to pick it up the design was larger then the first sign and would not fit into my frame. The y said that they could redo it on the same acrylic. After getting home I received a asking me to pay an Additional $50 to pay for material to redo the sign. After thinking about it I called and said thet I remembered saying it had to fit inside the frame when we ordered the sign and that it needed to be same dimensions as the first sign. During that conversation the person who was taking care og me said that I had approved the sizes. I could not get a word in edgewise and keep being interrupted. I quieted down and allow them to go on with there explanation. After they were done I asked permission to talk and told my side including that they needed to make sure the graphics needed to be inside the frame. Before I could complete talking I was again interrupted. After they finished I mentioned that I now know what the issue. Communications. She was good at interrupting and hearing what she thought was right not that the customer could be. If you need a stock sign or you can use there design this place is good to go to. If you need a custom sign just drive by.
