Johnny and his team, Travis and James, showed up on time and were both personable and very efficient with their work. They were careful with all the pieces (there were some older pieces of furniture that needed to be handled with care). In one case a bolt & washer unscrewed from the stand they had been on, but they found them on the truck for us. They were also very fast with both the loading and unloading of the truck which was great since we all had to drive back to the Triangle from Charlotte. Dishonest and items not handled with care! Our 70 inch tv which they charged an additional 40 to…read morepack was cracked. Boxes marked fragile had several broken items in them. Most disappointing was I had to call them to inquire where my misding items were and then wait days for them to come up with an explanation. With the first item, I was told the mover didn't see it. With the second item, I was told it was broken so he chose to hide it and not deliver it. I waited close to a month to get my item back. it was filthy, smeared with a brown substance. I told them I want 1000 for the poor way this was handled and losses. I still have not been compensated.
