After running a few errands, I needed to return an Amazon package and noticed this locally owned UPS Store. They have a large sign on the door letting customers know they're locally owned, which I always appreciate since I like supporting local businesses whenever I can. I stopped in just after 1:00 p.m. on a Tuesday, and the store was quiet with no wait. I walked right up to the counter, handed over my package, they scanned the QR code, printed my receipt, and I was on my way in just 60 seconds. The store was clean, organized, and exactly what you'd expect from a UPS Store. The return process was quick, easy, and hassle-free. No complaints--I'd definitely would use this location again if I just happen to be in the area and needed something to drop off. read more

Feb 18 at 4:00. A young lady named Shawn (I believe) was doing an OUTSTANDING job. The line was long and people had multiple services and packages and she was handling 3 stations at once. When I got closer to the front of the line I saw there was something guy working but he was sitting down and the entire time I was in line he was only with the some pady he was helping. Shawn was handling the store by herself. That young lady was kind, fast, efficient and kept the line moving. She deserves a raise and promotion. She is a Rock Star!!!! read more

RE: Tracfone Return - 1/22/2025 I asked to use this UPS Store's computer to access my Tracfone GMAIL-ed RMA. Short answer? No! (Customers not allowed.). My Tablet Wi-Fi setting showed a UPS GUEST connection was available. I asked for the PASSWORD; - answer: "Use the next door laundry." - I did. Showed the staff member my Tracfone RMA Gmail on my tablet. She played with it a while but came up with nothing useful; - like the return shipping label. The owner/manger joined in and I learned that UPS Stores are franchises and there was nothing she could do except give me a UPS HELP DESK phone # to call. I decided to go back to the Tradition UPS Store and got "lucky"; - not with a uniformed UPS Staff member, but with a bearded young man dressed in black (manager?). With his help, I got to use the UPS Store's computer to access my Tracfone Gmail RMA. I used my Tablet to do the same via UPS Store - Guest Internet connection (he provided the Guest PASSWORD. So with the Tracfone Gmail RMA displayed on both devices, he was moving too fast for me to follow. He had something forwarded directly to his UPS Store; - either the entire Tracfone Gmail copy or something imbedded in it. NOTE: Google permission required from my tablet. With what was forwarded, he was able to print a UPS Return label. FINALLY! Success! read more

the UPS store at Prima Vista Blvd in Port St Lucie FL is very efficient and my package gets processed and out the door with accuracy! Heidi is very courteous and knowledgeable and all my letters and packages get to the destinations just as she says! If you want excellent services and help from caring employees in sending out your packages to loved ones, than, this is the right place to come. I had a heavy box and could not bring it in the store, I asked for assistance and Frank the Owner/Veteran came out right away and took the box inside while I parked my car. Since April 24,2023 I have been trying to get a resolution to the claim I filed for an item I received damaged. After calling UPS and being told to call the store my items were shipped from. I called the store on 4/24/23 and spoke to Joe the store manager, he assured me that that my claim would be resolved in 7-10 business days it has been way longer than that! I have called the store multiple times, on 5/11/23 I spoke to Dave the owner who said Joe will all me back on 5/12/23 Joe never called I had to call back again asking to speak to Joe I was told he left for the day and he would call me back on Monday 5/15/23, yet again Joe never called. I have been calling the store repeatedly only for it to go straight to voicemail. This morning(5/16/23) when i called the lady who answered the phone had the worst attitude and refuse to offer me any type of help when I told her Joe isn't returning my calls she tells me Joe deals with lots of customers. That is not an excuse nor is it away to run your business. The emails I send to the store email address provided by Joe only get auto generated replies no real responses. I live in Las Vegas so therefor I am unable to just walk into the store and speak to Joe or Dave in person. read more

Horrible customer service. Morning staff is lazy and extremely rude. When asking a question they probably didn't have an answer for they threatens to send all mail to my mail box back to sender when I proceeded to ask who the manager is the girl at the counter said she was the true manager and just let's the manager think he is in charge. When asked for the names of the 2 ladies working I was told to figure it out myself. Went back in the evening and was given the managers name and when he would be in and got the answer to my questions. Went back in the morning to see the manager and got nowhere. The morning girls just screamed over him. I asked what is your name since you have so much to say and was told to mind my own business. All of this going on in front of the manager. All he says is if they don't want to give you their name they don't have to. Management needs to have a spine and reprimand the morning crew. Overall go in the evening for a great crew and avoid dealing with the manager and the morning staff. read more

Went to send a package overnight and paid a lot of money, over $190 dollars only to find out it was never packaged and sent out until the next day. Called to complain and was told the manager would call us back on Monday. Never received a call back. Terrible customer service. Will not ever go back there. Will travel out of my way to give my money to another UPS store! read more

Literally worst staff ever. When you walk in, they don't get out of the back office for 5+ mins (this has happened every time I walked in). Then they cop an attitude bc you have the audacity to show up in the store. I'm writing this review in defense of the other negative comments that have been posted regarding this store and it's employees. I have been privilege to use this store four times in the past six months. The employees at this store have been nothing short of friendly and helpful to me every time I've come in. Maybe it's the customers that need to work on their attitudes. Stop being critical of people but instead be understanding. Dealing with the public is not easy!! You certainly can't please everyone. This is One of the only UPS stores that always answers their phone, takes care of customers that are facing them but nicely asks phone callers to please hold. The store always when they see someone struggling with a heavy box comes outside to assist them. This is one of the only stores or maybe the only store that will take the time to assist you to figure out pricing for what you are shipping read more
