On the reverse side of the frame are the words that were on the reverse side of the album. I also had to have the album sides photographed to provide the pictures by PhotoGraphics and CDs and thumb drives cut by Treasure Coast Multimedia in Stuart. She was patient with each person who came in, was understanding of the individual needs, and kept everything straight. She really went above and beyond for me with what I needed, worked with me to get the best price and outcome, and was even understanding that I had my kids in tow. She made a really difficult job a fantastic experience! The other employees who were working at the time, were also patient with my older kids and helped direct them to things they wanted to look at while I was busy.

She literally leaves me standing at the counter and without a word starts talking and helping the customer who now just walked in the door. I couldn't believe it- she left me hanging there... So, I politely say, I think I'll come back when you're less busy versus what I could've said...WTF??!!?? The lady says something like- this is how it always is. So, it's always a rude, non attentive, disorganized clusterfudge?? What a waste of my time. Definitely not a good fit for me.
