We stopped by this UPS store today to have a document notarized. We got up to the counter and told the associate we have a document we need to notarize. she acknowledge us, stepped away, got on the phone, and left there for at least 15 minutes. We got upset so she finally said she's on the phone with tech-support and it would be at least another 10 minutes. We left!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, POOR COMMUNICATION, POOR MANAGEMENT! read more

Only store in St.Cloud, needless to say the place was packed, the team was very responsive and fast service was welcome. They have all services you might expect from a ups store. Services offer are printing, lock box, parcel services, computer access and internet login. The place it's well stablished and would love to see more stores around at cloud. I called and called to make sure about a particular service. No one ever answered. So I drive to the store thinking they are probably understaffed and couldn't get the phone. Upon walking in much to my surprise there is at least 6 employees that I could physically see, 3 of them standing around doing nothing, a long red headed chic playing on her phone and mouthing off mentioned that she forgot they even had a business phone. Wow is all I can say. To me it looked like two ladies were doing all the work. One chic took a big box off the scale and proceeds to drop it in the floor as it was heavy right in front of everyone that was waiting. I would hate it if that was my shipment. rude condescending. manager walked away when trying to notarize documents. took my id walked away with no explanation she was on the phone 15 minutes before i asked what was going on. she was on the phone saying it would be another 25 minutes. i walked out another time their wifi was down i tried calling no one answered the phone after several calls. when i got there they said the notary leaves at 4:30. i said i tried to call they said their phones were broken. well they are broken on a regular basis because they never answer. read more

Employees, there are great, very knowledgeable and helpful. But then there it was, a different personnel, four customers in line, only one employee attending a customer , the rest of the three employees sitting in the back, laughing, not to mention a young girl with curly hair, spitting out the F word, to which they all laughed , all of us customers look at each other. Until one customer in line asked, "is there only one employee here working?". After that, they all came out to attend a customer. Very sad. read more

There's not a visit that goes by where Lori, Kasie, Kathy, or Stephanie isn't there to give me first class service with a smile and a good laugh when I do business. Every visit is a pleasant experience where my transactions seem seamless and quick. I can always rely on the employees at this UPS store to get me the best price possible for all of my shipping needs. I have such a wonderful time at this location, that I no longer visit feel the need (or want) to go to the US Post Office anymore. Some employees are kind of friendly but most act like customers are an imposition. Some are just rude.

I have been here before in the years past and personally I have never had an issue or any complaints. Today when I walked in there was three women all at different registers helping different customers and I was the first in line with about three people behind me. The lady who helped me was very polite and did have to ask the lady next to her a few questions but no complaints. It was a bit pricey to ship three things all in the state of Florida by UPS ground but that's not their fault. Whatever You do, AVOID this UPS store at all costs!! The employees don't have a clue as to what's going on! This past Thursday I purchased a vintage Cadillac from a dealership in Palmetto, Florida. As part of the loan process, I was required to get a "Limited Power of Attorney" form notarized & faxed. When I presented it to one of the female employees She conferred with another female, then proceeded to inform Me that They could not notarize this form for Me. Incredulous, I asked why...She told Me that She would need the vehicle to be present because She had to physically verify the VIN. I tried explaining to Her that this form needed to be notarized merely to confirm My identity, NOT for a VIN verification, & that the vehicle was way down in Palmetto. I may as well have talked to a cement block as She just couldn't seem to understand this simple concept. DUH!!! I called the loan company & they told Me that this has been done countless times & this is the very 1st time they had heard of something so absurd! They advised Me to go to M y local Bank of America to get it notarized. I had to wait in their lobby for nearly an hour but had no problem getting this form notarized. The bank rep told Me the same thing as the loan company & that the employee at the UPS store didn't know what She was talking about! Because of this employee's ineptitude I was put through a lot of needless stress & inconvenience. If they can't train their employees properly they shouldn't be allowed to work with the public! I really have to say that I've had so many horrible experienced with UPS stores and their customer service that I had terrible expectations walking into this store. However, Early morning St Cloud, this is the only place that will be open if you need urgent copies! Laurie, UPS employee, was there and was so attentive, helpful and nice. She helped me make my copies, made some awesome suggestions for my printing needs and helped me organize my packets. She was also very nice and quoted Bob Ross! Won me over! If you go to this UPS store, make sure you got Tuesday or Wednesday morning, or during the rest of the weeks on evenings. She truly was wonderful. read more

I sold an exhaust system to a buyer and although the system was taken apart, it was still hard. I walked into UPS without it packaged, no box or anything. The store was extremely busy however Kathy and Kasie did not turn me away. They helped me package the system, which was not an easy task, and flawlessly. Set up an appointment to get my digital finger print. Made my appointment online. When I showed up I was told my appointment was not on their list. I had a printed sheet with the appointment date and time and they would not honor. Was advised to contact online company. After spending 1/2 hour on phone was told that they could not schedule me for the same date. Not a friendly or accommodating staff. Gave them one star because I could not give them less. I visit this often never had any issues. But today I was called over to the counter and told my box was too big I may want to take it to the post office because I might want a receipt. First of all if I wanted a receipt I would've gone to the post office. So to the lady with the black curly hair , who's not friendly at all. Good location. Good to use if you are shipping something out with a prepaid return label. I once had a pair of eyeglasses to be returned to the manufacturers the was sent to the school where I work in error. They should have been sent to a different school. They were provide by the manufacturers for free for a student in need. The company provide the return account number but because it was not on a slip they wouldn't take it back. The other time I have used them I had the label and I walked in and out in 2 minutes. Not a very busy location. Good if you don't mind spending a little extra to mail out. I use this company only due to the owner is very accommodating but I was in the store for faxing and it was quite busy and the associate took my fax copy pages and then faxed it to the wrong number so my private financial information is now in someone else's office or home and I went back this morning just ask them to send it to the right location and it was 10 till 8And I told her what I needed I didn't even need to come in and she said we're not opened yet and I had another appointment down the road at eight so not at all happy with this service and accommodations at this point today read more

I sent a printing online order for 2 sheets in color because my printer broke last minute. I was charged and paid online. Send my boyfriend to pick them up and the lady on the register says they do not do online printing. My BF tried to explain to her that he submitted the job through their website , was charged and we received an email saying it was ready for pickup. The rude lady in the counter said she will print them but won't do it in the future. Even though I paid for color on my order she handed him a black & white copy he didnt even argue about paying for color and being handed black& white since he just wanted to get out of there asap. Basically lady in the counter doesn't even know the services the store offers. Train your staff better. read more

Not sure why there are contrary reviews, but I've been using this store for 5 years now and have only had good encounters. The associates are always super nice and extremely helpful. The prices are no different than the post office and there is rarely a long line. Great location. IMO it's best UPS store in the area. read more

Poor service, Walk in two clerks who appear to be very unenthusiastic the younger one just standing at the desk and looks like she hates her job the other older lady who assisted me with my notary was not polite and was questioning my signature on my licence followed by telling me she would not be able to do the notary because I had signed the paper before coming in. My problem was not that I was not able to get the notary service done that day I understand it is my fault I signed before coming in. The issue is the way the clerk addressed it and me in a not polite manner, If you don't like your job get another one. read more
