I got a post office box back in December as i was going to be working in the area for a couple months. Paid for the whole year with my credit card. Month later i get a notice ''payment due''. I drove 100 miles round trip with the email. I showed it to the lady at far left counter. I showed her the letter and the ''payment to my credit card''. She did her ''research" and assured me it was in error. ''All was good''. I thanked her and left. This past week i get another message about the PO Box. I was going to be in St. Cloud today so i went by and tried the PO Box. LOCKED. Went to customer service window and talked to the very same lady. See looked it up and told me i had gotten a message about the box and that it was now closed and payment refunded. THATS NOT WHAT SHE SAID LAST TIME THERE. I have given up on this. There is a UPS store that rents PO Boxes. I'm going there. More convenient anyway. 1. Sent an incorrect notice demanding payment when i showed her the transaction on my credit card account. ''All was good" she said 2. Get another message payment due 3. Find out they closed the account and refunded it 4 days after i was there and was told "All was good" Thankfull for emails. read more

The woman at the service window (wear red Xmas sweater on 12/24) is very rude. She likes to make customers order, we are not in the army... she forgot she is working in the post office!!!! read more

Went to this post office to mail a couple of documents. The employees were very helpful. I have 3 stars because, the first instructions on what forms to fill up is somewhat confusing. One employee instructed me to fill up a form then go back to him to continue with my transactions. I finished filling up but said employee was not in his station. So, I had to fall in line again and deal with another employee. Who is giving me another instructions to do. Anyway, I just opted for a simple priority mail instead just so to get things done. read more

I spoke to a representative on the 25th stating my package was not delivered from New York to Florida, & was at the post office... I didn't want to cause confusion so I asked if they could hold my package and my father can pick it up. After that I was told the package was already on the truck was being sent back to me (sender). This morning I checked my text messages to see that my package has been processed for return to sender (myself) so I called the office and asked if it's still there and she tells me it just got sent last night on the 27th and is in transit! Unacceptable! I've been calling and it was not taking seriously so now I have to wait to receive to receive the package just to send it back to florida because somebody didn't try to help me find an item that was lost. read more

63/100 in 2016 challenge Great down home place post office. They offer all the services a regular post office offers. Large branch with lots of p.o. boxes available for rental. The lines here tend to be long but move quickly. There are always an ample supply of mailing materials available at several spots in the post office so you don't have to wait until you get up to the desk. They also have several machine available for you to weigh and make postage yourself so you do not have to wait on line. All the employees here have been at this location for a along time and tend to remember you. I like that. Again, I nice hometown feeling. read more

I'm going to have to review and give this USPS location 5 stars!!!! I've been to too many locations and usually I find annoyed and grumpy associates, no manager on duty, and long exhausting lines. We just moved to saint cloud, and we came here for the first time. As soon as we walked in you only had a couple associates working, and maybe due to the time of day the line grew pretty quickly. Jose (the supervisor or manager) jumped in to help as many people in line as possible to expedite the process. He took me to another associate that had just walked in from the back to help on their portable devices... and she was a pleasure to be assisted by. Both him and Chanel (hopefully I'm not butchering her name), were fast and friendly the whole time and made sure to make recommendations to save money with my shipments even with the rush. At the end my trip ended up being shorter and cheaper than expected! I truly hope they keep up the good spirit and pass it along to fellow associates and stores! read more

These guys when they have a bad day they put it on you. I had prepay labels and I wanted a receipt of acceptance. They refused to provide it. I've never been to a post office that refused this. The guys left w the package saying "I got ya". I don't know you man. Give me a receipt. read more

So usually post office are on my list of places I hate to go. This post office has made me made me have a little change of heart. First of all it's a much bigger post office then I expected. Usually I expect long lines, people super close behind me..... UGH..... it's usually just a nervous situation for a X-combat veteran like myself. Anyway I was very calm when I entered... Going to a post office is typically something that most people don't enjoy doing but sometimes is necessary. This post office does not help this feeling..... I have never encountered a staff that collectively has such a poor attitude and shows no motivation nor aspiration to serve their customers. Every time i have had to come and send a package, or receive a package, i feel like i owe the staff an apology. Their attitude makes their patrons feel like we are bothering them, and that our needs are an inconvenience to them. I can truthfully say, i have yet to enter this building and see a single worker smiling. I'm not sure if their working conditions are this terrible? or if perhaps the citizens of this community are really such a burden on these peoples days. I really wish they could find a way to put a smile on their faces and show some enthusiasm towards doing their jobs. At the end of the day, we are simply customers paying for services rendered by the post office and we should be shown some customer service that other businesses and entities show their customer base. read more

I have lived on this Earth for 54 years. This is the worst Post Office I have ever used. My regular delivery person, does a good job. Had some problems when I first moved to my address. Now that it is Christmas time, I don't know if it is my regular driver or a temp. Last 4 packages delivered to my house, while I was home, were left at the street and not by my front door as indicated in the tracking history. Yesterday, 2 packages were delivered to the street, but was left at my neighbors house, on the street. Rained last night, heavy...and my packages are now destroyed because they sat in a puddle all night long. I have made numerous complaints to the manager over the past 2 years. Losing my packages...but now, a lazy driver can't walk up my driveway and ring my door bell to give me my packages? I...will...never..use the post office to deliver any of my packages. UPS and FEDEX have never lost one of my packages and they actually deliver to my front door and ring the door bell. read more

The clerks and the Postmaster: Sabrina are great. They are always helpful and courteous. The Supervisor: Jose always has an attitude. When you have to deal with him, it is almost like your inconveniencing him. read more
