I sent her an email of the design and was told that if she could not use the email (it may be encrypted) she would have to charge me $50 to create one she could use. I told her to call me if she could't use the email and I would decided if I wanted her to create one for $50. She said the order would be ready in 2 weeks. 3 weeks later, I get a text message saying my stuff was ready for pick up. I never received the courtesy call I requested. When I went to pick up my order, that was when I discovered that I was being charged $50 for the creation of the design. When I asked what forms of payment she accepted, she said credit card and that was the only option I was given. When i went to sign the credit card receipt, I noticed there was a difference in price. I looked at the credit card slip and noticed a "non cash adjustment". I said "oh you charge a credit card fee. I thought that was illegal." She replied "no it's not." She didn't call me like I requested, was late with the timeline she put in place, illegally charged me an extra fee, and gave me no other option to pay for my order. It seemed like she she was trying to nickel and dime me around every corner. I will not be returning to her for future business and I will not be recommending her to anyone.

After being turned down by a local printer, I called Printing Solutions and they gave me a resounding YES, they could do it! Splendid. I sent them the files, specifications, called to pay on the phone and hoped for the best. I've been burned before with small town print shops, heck even large town print shops, so my expectations weren't necessarily high. But Lockhart's Printing Solutions delivered exactly what I had asked for, on time (a few hours before the deadline, actually), ticking all the boxes. Their built-in rush fee wasn't exactly cheap but it was still very agreeable, especially considering how quickly they worked on our order. A lady came to the door to let the other customers out and said I couldn't have gotten here at 6:30 because they automatically lock. When I proceeded to tell her and show her my phone (which has just turned 6:30) she said there was nothing. She could do because she wasn't a manager. When asked to speak to a manager, she literally said ‍ "at 6:30 our doors and registers shut down" so I ask, "so you're telling me if a you have a line of customers and it turns 6:30, you're going to kick them all out and say "oh well, it' automatically shuts down our registers, you have to leave"?".... No wonder people have such terrible things and have left bad reviews.
