Last week, I had to send a test to Chicago via a pre-paid FexEx mailer. I could have called for a…read morepickup, but it was a workday and my employer has a consolidated shipping/receiving point. That causes the larger common carriers to sometimes ignore personal pickup requests from offices. So stopping by this location seemed the most sensible and reliable thing to do, especially since the test was perishable. Failure to ship that day would have meant I had to start all over again, which would have also meant another weekend day stuck at home. They weren't at all busy when I arrived. I was greeted immediately when I approached the counter by a polite and friendly young lady. I explained my "once every 10 years" experience with shipping FedEx, so she checked the label and the box carefully to make sure everything was OK. There were markings on the box which indicated she wasn't allowed to scan it and take it at the counter, but she told me it could be dropped in the deposit lockbox by the front door. Pickup hadn't occurred so I was assured the same-day shipment I needed. OK, so it's just a package drop off review. Big whoop. But: 1) I didn't wait 2) I was treated respectfully 3) The staff knew how to handle my request 4) I was in and out in 2 minutes. Maybe this isn't worth 5 stars to you, but to me, the peace of mind sure was. Thanks, FedEx/Kinkos!

Let's just say it would be good to implement some customer service training. I have encountered several different employees for various reasons -- FedEx, print, copy etc. The responses are rude and inconsiderate as if YOU are bothering THEM at work. you can also forget about inquiring about turn times or approximate completion because the only answer you will get is "not-sure" or nope.

Pictures were viewed on multiple monitors and devices and the photo didn't have that coloring on any, so definitely has to do with the printer itself. The copies I got were also cut unevenly. They offer post office boxes that are accessible 24 hrs a day. The post office boxes are regular sized, so packages won't fit in them. No problem, they hold your packages for you. They sent two helpers, Leo and Kenneth. I would highly recommend them. There was some furniture that needed unscrewing- that was taken care off. I was living in a three story townhouse and they went up and down the stairs with furniture like it was nothing. They move quick and efficiently. No walls scratch and no furniture damaged. I would use them again for sure!

DO NOT RECOMMEND: 1) 4 packers were assigned, 2 showed and 1 was late. Another lamp also taken apart now missing pieces is too aggravating and irresponsible. I know better to tape pieces to lamps and certainly know to check every bit of paper for hidden small pieces. IRRESPONSIBLE. DO NOT RECOMMEND. AAACK. And 2 OTT Lamps were left behind as they broke the bulbs (that are pulled out not screwed), so they DID NOT BRING THEM. WOW. WOULD GIVE NO STARS FOR THAT BEHAVIOR. PS at very end, the "found" a key mounting piece for another lamp. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH LAMPS--and has nothing to do with the bulbs.
