I was in this store every other day with new demands, and the owner Romin, and the employee Kevin, were exceptionally helpful and kind to me. I got quotes on mailing a bowling ball, a suitcase, coffee machine, sculptures, artwork, hearing aids, costume jewelry, and valuable jewelry. Some of it was weird shapes. Some of it had to be packed with extra care. Some of it needed a lot of insurance. Romin and Kevin walked me through everything with complete skill and expertise. This is my drop off place for all those Amazon purchases that I need to return. All my purchases are usually with free shipping and I had to ship something I needed to pay for only once. The guy there is super nice and helpful. They offer a lot of other services that I just did not have a need for yet. Have come here multiple times and decided i should finally write a review about this place. They've shipped multiple packages for me and i've never had an issue, they even helped me package up some family antiques that I had to send to my sister in California. They made me feel secure that everything would arrive safely and it did! Also, for my son's school project they recently helped me print out a large poster and he loved it :D This store owner who is always present whenever I've been there is very helpful and make sure the customer is satisfied, definitely recommend this place! read more

I only gave one star since I couldn't leave no stars. This store is horrible. Apparently the words guaranteed is a lie! This store told me that packages were still being delivered to Orlando prior to the storm. It was days before the hurricane hit. Perfect! My family will get the essentials. I asked over and over if they are still delivering on Saturday 9/8. "Yes ma'am. GUARANTEED delivery to Orlando by 12 Noon ". Ok. I trusted in the fact that being a representative of UPS they were aware of what was going on behind the scenes. So I paid the $98.03 for overnight delivery. Did the package arrive as promised? Nope. It is still in Kentucky. When I went back to the store for a refund, the very SAME person that took my money and promised the guarantee looked me straight in the face and told me that he never said that. You know, instead of stealing people money just be honest and say you really weren't sure if it the package would make it. I would have used the $100 I threw away to you and made other arrangements. That would have been the professional thing to do. Instead you lied & stole money. Well done! read more
