A facility that I am nowhere near. With the fact that I chose the option to have it delivered to my home, there is zero reason why it would have been delivered to and then returned from their store. I then received a 2nd call from LL Bean today (1-30-26) letting me know that it happened a 2nd time after it was reshipped. And to the UPS store that is nowhere near me. They need to train their employees how to read shipping orders and also the notes in the orders that state directions clearly.

I hardly ever use the Warren P.O because they have inferior service and I've had my packages get lost. The other thing I like is I always get a receipt with a tracking number. You have to pay extra for this if you use the P.O. This UPS store is located in the heart of downtown Warren . It's in the strip mall with Panatieri's Restaurant and 16 Handles Ice Cream.
