I have got to give a shout out to FedEx Employees at this store. They are very friendly and helpful. They will let you know the cheap and fast service options. They have ample free parking in front of the store. The store is kept very clean and neat. Usually there is no wait, it's just quick in and out. Overall a great experience. read more

FedEx will promise to deliver your international package promptly but due to their international differences with such countries as Mexico and Canada your package can fall into a horrible red tape nightmare that will cost you the consumer the loss of your merchandise being shipped. FedEx does not inform their loyal customers of these problems and are more than happy to take your money and promise safe delivery. Contacting FedEx customers service is like talking to the wall no help whatsoever! They pass the responsibility to Customs, yet FedEx is responsible for your package arriving to the final destination. Customers should be warned if FedEx is having difficulties with delivering to certain countries. Avoid using FedEx at all cost, DHL was able to deliver the same content as FedEx without any problems... there is nothing Federal or Express about FedEx! read more

This location is out to take your money. DO NOT come here. I took another package here that I needed to return because Sam's Club would not take it back in the store. The item is plastic and the box weighs less than 2 lbs. I sealed the box and all of the contents as it originally arrived to my home. The young lady told me that the item was moving around and that I needed to add filer to it. I asked why and she said she can not send the box if the item is rattling inside. I explained to her that the item is not broken and therefore is not rattling. So I asked "Can you add something inside the box to stop it from moving around?" She said "Yes for $3.99." Girl stop! So I picked my box up and I will have Fed-Ex come to my house and pick it up at no cost to me. read more

Drove to this location in Morrow from McDonough since it was open on a Sunday morning. Walked in & was trying to figure out what to do in regard to the machines/printers. A person was initially at the front desk who smiled & was pleasant before I walked out to get my boxes. When I returned she was towards the back as if she was working on some boxes. There was loud talking in there amongst 2 people pertaining to childbirth. I kept looking because I was struggling to figure out if I needed the computer 1st to print or could I send something from my phone to the printer. The person talking never paid me any mind although I kept walking back & forth. The woman had on full attire for FedEx uniform so I just went ahead & asked anyways. She turned as if I was interrupting her conversation with someone who appeared to be an old friend that she was catching up with. The staff whose named I learned to be Kenyatta looked at me, while still leaning on a table towards the person she was catching up with & said "Press print" no instructions anything, did not make her way over to help & turned to resume her conversation about childbirth & having children. The next staff who appeared to be working came forward which her name was Jamisha. Jamisha (reddish short hair) immediately began assisting me, she was extremely pleasant, smiled & helpful so I assumed maybe Kenyatta wasn't clocked in or working there. Then more customers came in & once the line got longer is when Kenyatta stepped to the front to assist with the line Jamisha was dealing with. It was extremely unprofessional & terrible taste for Kenyatta. Jamisha apparently is the only professional you have working at this location if it's between her & Kenyatta. It's terrible to see a store & 1 employee be overshadowed by another employee's work ethic & customer service. read more

This has been the worst experience ever! I'm in Texas and I'm trying to get in contact with an employee in this Georgia location just to ask a simple question. The call goes to an automated line and will not allow you to speak with a representative. You must have a tracking number or a door tag number. Well, I don't have one! They have changed their Fax set-up. Be careful when you go! You have to wait on ONLY 2 copiers. You put in your credit card and it will scan your work. YOU CAN NOT GO TO THE COUNTER TO GET COPIES!!! ALL FAX MACHINES ARE GONE!!!! They only take large orders behind the counter where the workers are located, and not copy one or two pages for you any more. Some of the workers are not nice and will help you, but some will have an attitude like you are a problem and they do not want to be bothered, UNTIL YOU TELL THEM YOU ARE GOING TO WRITE A REVIEW. THEN THEY WILL HELP YOU!! SAD!!! I am a senior citizen and it took me a while to figure out what to do. Do not think you will be able to walk in and out, you will not. I will look for other options. We must share what is going on when we travel during COVID-19, WHY? We do not have time to waste with those who do not know what customer service is all about. As soon as I walk through the door the man looked at me and said hold on give me a sec. My response was good afternoon how are you he gave me a look like didnt I tell your ass to hold on. So a second turned into about 5 minutes. I asked what time does FedEx pick up packages his response was I don't know. so finally another lady comes in and I saw how she was getting her package together and I was like damn I could do that I guess I work for FedEx now. I kindly get my package together and I say Sr. do I drop this in the box or do I hand it to you? His response was like a you can just leave it right there on the counter. I've been to this place three times in the last two days to use the laminator. Either (A) the laminating Machine is not there at all and none of the materials to use it are out and replenished on the counter, (B) the laminator IS there, BUT none of the supplies to use it are to been seen (no sleeve), and (C) no one even address you when you walk in and there's no help whatsoever. Is the machine out of order? Are the supplies to use it out of stock? I don't know. Who knows?? The at the back of the store is ten feet long, but a "hi, welcome to Kinko's" should be a basic level of customer service. There's no associate to be found anywhere near the self-service area even though there is a counter there like there should be. How long do I have to wonder around looking under cabinets looking I freaking work here before I get some kind of help or service? read more

Called in with questions about pricing on printing for different paper sizes, and was totally disappointed by the associates lack of knowledge in terms of "A1,A2,A3" etc. She told me she doesn't know about that ( A1,A2), but was quick to give me the measurements. How can you be in this business if you don't speak the lingo? Also I found that she was rude and dismissive. To makes matters worse, after asking her for the pricing info on the different paper sizes, i.e "colored or black&white" prints, I could almost see her roll her eyes as she quickly gave me the prices in an attempt to get me off the phone. Lastly, the pricing for color prints is ridiculous!!! Luckily, I didn't waste my gas driving up there. read more

He kept giving me this look the whole process like he found me paying extra to get a letter where it needs to go was ridiculous. Was in this location yesterday, just stopped in to purchase a mailing box of a certain size. Stood in line for a good 15 minutes while Stephon stood there at the register chatting up the girl he was waiting on. Ended up giving her his card, all the while there were 7 of us standing in line watching this. The 2 other employees were helping other customers which were legitimately taking time, they were not coming on to their customers. I'm standing there with a cane due to a bad knee, shifting from leg to leg very uncomfortable til finally the young lady who was waiting on someone already, ask if she could help me as I was next in line. She very politely and efficiently took care of me while Stephon was still smiling and chatting up his customer. THEN he finally got to someone else, and started doing the same thing with her! Dude needs to go get a job greeting people at Walmart or something, certainly not waiting on them Thank you to the young lady, I didn't see her badge or I would call her out.
