WOW! Have never been disrespected or talked to so rudely by a customer service rep before. Went in today with Amazon returns and the store manager Kimberly lost her mind over a QR code. I had two of the same shirts but different sizes. When there was a mix up with the QR code she became extremely hostile and kept saying "you gave me the wrong code. You already gave me this one." I asked several times which code I gave her and after a back and forth I stated I don't think your manager would appreciate how you're talking to me. She replied "I am the store manager". I said okay well then your regional manager and I'd like their name. With that she threw my returns at me and told me to get out of the store and called the next customer up. Have been in before for notary and mailing packages but will not be returning. Just moved to the area 6 months ago and this is the first bad experience I've had anywhere in Tequesta. read more

I went and mailed a package for next day delivery, paying $200 and the package arrived a day late. When I called the store to ask for a refund on my guaranteed delivery, they said that they will file the claim and to expect a check within 2 weeks. After 2 weeks without a refund I called again and they said would refile it. After waiting again another 2 weeks without a refund I called back. I was then told that it was denied because it was past the 15 days to file even though I had called them the day after it got delivered. I went up the corporate ladder and was told that they did not file until after the second time I called, putting it at 4 weeks. Hence why it was denied. Corporate reached out to them 3 times and never received a response. Since it's privately owned they can't help me. So my only recourse is to warn everyone not to use this location as they are dishonest. I've heard that this has happened to other people as well. Always quick and efficient service. I return just about every week to Tennis Warehouse and Amazon and never had any issues. In fact, I just had a small sofa to return which arrived with a badly dented (which was unusable for return shipping). They suggested I try a local store for some boxes and right there in the middle of the store they helped me piece together cardboard to get it wrapped and back to Amazon. They are not required to do this... it was simply their helpfulness that made that happen - otherwise I'd have had to buy packaging since Amazon didn't give that option for this particular piece. I choose this one because its closest to my house but, thankfully, it's a pleasant experience as well. read more

Really bad service. I was given a quote for scanning and emailing a document. But the woman was wrong and the price almost doubled when she calculated my real cost. Yet she refused to honor her first quote. Deplorable business standards. Despite your reply - my review still stands. She saw me call my boss to verify the first amount she quoted was ok. She wasted a lot of my time. And I had to call him again looking like a donkey because of her error. He was angry with me and your store. Bad business. read more

Literally the worst UPS store I've ever been to. Nida The general manager was extremely rude and there was a back up out the door and 3 other employees just standing around. I went to get a document notarized and they kept asking out loud what it was for... it was private and I didn't want to yell it across the crowded store, so I why that would be relevant and she explained FL has to document it...they took their document book out and there was no place even asking to explain a legal regard. OK...let me say that the people at this store have always been polite and helpful with my shipping needs. BUT... Don't use this location for international shipping. I tried shipping a package to Asia from here and was told that forms I needed to clear customs weren't needed (everything was in the barcode that I'd printed out) and that I should keep them. After calls from UPS and two trucks coming to my house, the package has been bouncing back and forth across the two continents and UPS themselves have done a horrible job fixing the mistake that happened from the beginning. Come to find out that a separate vendor handles situations like this...which made the aol email address they gave me as a contact make a lot more sense. I ship internationally pretty regularly, and this was a very basic shipment so I'm really surprised this happened. Any employee should know what needs to be done for an international shipment, or at least know where it can be referenced. Long story short, domestic, go for it, but if you're shipping out of the country, find another branch, or honestly, hit the USPS. I use the Tequesta UPS store often to return packages where no local store for my purchase is available. I've never had a problem with them and the service personnel are always polite and efficient. I have not used them for international shipments. read more

Very fortunate to have these folks in the neighborhood. Unlike other locations where they're hesitant to print out the receipt they always ask you if you want one and then ask you if you need other services which is exactly what they should do. One of my packages that I shipped got lost and they went out of the way to get me a check to cover the cost and inconvenience. There's never a line and they're ready to help you as soon as you open the door. It's very convenient to forward a shipped UPS package to that location an pick it up. With everything shifting online I cross my fingers that they will still be there when need be. So if you want a friendly face and good service ship here. By the way I'm not affiliated to them so my review is genuine I guarantee. I'm usually entering complaints online and glad that I can give some positive input every once in a while. read more

We have a UPS box through this company and they are borderline criminal. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau and an attorney because with two weeks notice, they increased our mailbox rate 100% AND advised that we were not permitted to file a change of address with the post office. Furthermore, they also indicated that they had the right to destroy all our mail after we cancel our mailbox. I cansquot;t see how this is not criminal, especially when we utilize this mailbox for our business licenses and these actions could destroy our business. PLEASE TAKE OUR RECOMMENDATION AND DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THIS MANIPULATIVE, GREEDY MAILBOX SERVICE BECAUSE YOUR CONTRACT WILL INCREASE IN PRICE 100% EACH YEAR. This is the only business that claims to have a right to FORCE and MANIPULATE consumers to renew contracts without any cap on price increases. This office is also extremely rude to customers, they close BEFORE their posted hours on regular occasion and when I called them to discuss possible solutions, I was laughed at by the store manager, Julio Suarez.
