I have visited this store at 2518 Burnsed Blvd The Villages, Fl 32163 many times. In the past the service has always been outstanding in every way. Fast, friendly and efficient service every time. Today was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I needed a copy made of a drawing. I had called the night before to inquire about the price and if stock card paper was available. I was told the price and yes for card stock paper. Jen was the clerk who attempted to help me. She was rude, telling me to go stand at the counter while she tried to copy the drawing. She tried at least twice. She came back with a copy much smaller than the original. She never asked me if she could make a different size copy of the drawing. I left to go else where for the copy. I certainly hope other customers have this type of experience with Jen. read more

We get a lot of packages delivered here and in the space of over a year we've only had one mistake made. And, when that mistake was discovered, they quickly rectified it. I love their customer service, very attentive and responsive. Go early in the morning or be prepared to stand in a long line. The line builds up from early in the day and leads all the way out the door. It's a very busy location so bring your patience with you and everything will work out fine. read more

My parents accidently had something they ordered from Amazon sent to their Villages address after they had already gone back up North. So I go into this place and get some surly attitude from the counter person when I questioned why I needed to present an ID to ship this package to the correct address. It's POLICY, she said in a very snarky tone, also meant to convey if you don't like it, then go F yourself. First off UPS, you are not USPS so you can do something I won't articulate here. So then she starts measuring the box huffing and puffing because she knows at this point I do NOT like her and her attitude. And when all is said and done, I end up getting charged $52 and change to ship an 11 pound box GROUND, like it won't even get there for almost a week. When I order from Amazon or whoever, I never pay shipping and I do not care who the carrier is, but I will be damned if I ever use UPS for anything voluntarily. Greedflation, shitty attitudes from poorly trained staff and arbitrary policies I can do without. read more

This UPS store is a joke. Poorly trained and rude staff. Long lines because they don't know what they're doing. Very high prices. Want to charge me $3 for a piece of tape or told me I could buy a roll for $7. Needed some basic color printing done, and 3 different people tried to help me but could never get it to come out correctly. i looked on internet and found new store just opened a few miles away. It was day and night between the stores. They were courteous, friendly and helpful. Definitely going to the new store in the future. read more

I've tried to use this store numerous times in the past 6 no and there is always such a long line, it's almost an hour wait! Have to bring something to them to ship back, no other option, and I'm planning to drive to Leesburg hoping for quicker service... I dread going to this place and am willing to drive 20 min out of my way just to avoid the long lines. When your customers are out the door and past the drive/parking lot, you really need to hire more help. read more

I wondered how I was going to lug one huge box (containing two chairs) out of my car and across the parking lot into this store. I entered UPS and asked for assistance. A fabulous clerk, Faith (perfect name for her), cheerfully offered to help me. She grabbed a handcart and, together, we wheeled the box into the store. Faith also quickly handled the details for this shipment. I was out the door and on my way in minutes. Got a package to send? Have Faith! This UPS store will get the job done. read more

Very busy store! The staff get work done quick to empty out the lines, though. It is a full service store with at least four people behind the counter at rush (which is generally when I can get there; on my break) When I went at Christmas time, they had cookies and candy laid out for customers. read more

This would be my last choice for a UPS store. A number of staff members are very rude, and they seem to dislike their customers. This is not a formula for a successful business. If you can ship from anywhere else, do yourself a favor and find another location. That said, if your lucky enough to get the right employee your experience might be tolerable, but since the stores attitude is one of customer abuse, I wouldn't use this location unless I had no other option. Again, there might be two employees who don't hate the customers, and you might get lucky. If not, be prepared for and experience which is somewhere between dealing with the cable company, and root canal. read more

Will refer you to an 800 number, tell you to repeatedly push 0, after waiting on hold 10 minutes, the Ups person at the 800 says they cannot tell you when your package will be picked up or send a message to the driver. They are always busy, they are always courteous and quick to let you know that they are there for you. Patient, kind, helpful in every way by explaining delivery types, costs and time for delivery. They go out of their way to help you get heavy or large packages to your car. The dolly and a customer service representative is always available for that. I managed a UPS Store (#5821) in NJ for 3 years before I retired and moved here and have been living here 3 years. I have had hundreds of customers use our store in NJ as an Access Point and never ever charged one for the FREE UPS service. I have also had probably 7 or 8 packages of my own rerouted to this store over the last three years through my "MYUPS" account (the latest 2 were picked up about 10 days ago) and was never charged a penny. Today, for the first time I go pick up a package I had sent there through rerouting via MYUPS APP which was labeled "no charge" and when I picked it up was all of a sudden charged $5. The young woman took care of me (Amanda) who claimed to be the manager kept telling me that I always paid $5 for packages sent there via MYUPS rerouting which was an obvious "lie." She told me that if I wasn't happy with that fee I should just refuse the package (which was a next day air package that I paid $25 for shipping to get it here today with important appliance parts) and send it back. She sat there and argued with me over $5 and despite the fact I was correct she stood there and told me I was not. I don't care an iota about the $5 but it was her basically telling me that I always paid $5 per package which was not true. To tell me "send it back" if you don't want to pay was patronizing remark from this alleged manager who obviously was wrong. While HER SYSTEM may have told her it was not an access point package it is obvious uPS had messed up somewhere and she didn't need to be nasty and patronizing. read more

Great Team! This is a busy store, but they clear lines quickly. The team is efficient, articulate and always offers alternatives for shipping and packing costs. If they see you coming in with lots of packages, they are the first to come out and help you--which is greatly appreciated! They might want to consider a line or bin for packages that are "drop offs only"--this might help reduce the number of people in line-and provide a faster service to those customers. If they do this-clear signage would make it easier for everyone to see this service opportunity! read more

Prepaid Amazon return dropped of on 4/9/19. As of 4/16/19 package still not scanned into UPS system. Manager had all kinds of excuses including too busy to check on it. Stay away from this store and use Safe Ship instead. Much better service and never had a problem with Safe Ship. read more
