Unfortunately, when you have to let a remote employee go, they aren't always the nicest people and unfortunately in this case, the ex-employee took out their anger on the courier that we sent to pick up our equipment from his home. To use the word disappointed in someone that I thought was lot more professional and kind, even though his employment was at an end is an understatement.
